I have the rating I did because the people in the service department always take great care of my Jeep. I know in advance what needs to be done and they keep me informed of the details. Above and beyond that they bring me home and pick me up if the wait is longer because they are busy. I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else!

Charles Sanchez showed me and my wife all the cars available that were. On our budget, without trying to persuade us into a higher price range. He did not pressure us helped us make a good buy that fits our needs. The 2011 MKZ was in good condition but it was missing the operation Factory book that he said was in the car. He when ahead with the help of Paul tge Finance Manager and promised to have it sent to .me. I trust they Will do this, and beielve it will be received shortly.

I recently had a bad experience here and had written a bad review because of it. This was due to my inability to get help from the dealership in relation to mechanical issues on a truck I had purchased from them. They have since made it right, so I feel obligated to write another review in place of the previous one.
Long story short: The person who traded the truck into Bob Smith that I later purchased, had some major repairs done at Bob Smith's service department just 2 months prior to me purchasing it. Just one month after I purchased it, the same mechanical failure happened again (head gaskets, warped heads, etc... Totaling over $7000).
I had exhausted what I thought was every option, as I could not get a hold of a manager, and the people I was able to speak to had informed me there was nothing they could do. Since then the managers have gotten in touch with me, and though reimbursement for the repairs wasn't possible, they are fixing several unrelated problems with the truck at no cost to me. The dishonest employee that caused this whole fiasco, is no longer with the company, and I believe he was solely responsible for my bad experience. I am very thankful for the treatment I have since received from the managers and applaud their willingness to do what they could to make things right. I would have no problem purchasing from them again in the future, or recommending them to friends and family. If I could offer my opinion on one other issue though, it would be to better educate their sales people on what is and is not covered in extended warranties that they sell with their used vehicles. I had purchased a warranty with this truck for $4500 and later learned that it would have never covered anything on that truck. This was due to a performance tuner that was installed in the truck prior to me purchasing it. Again I don't think this was done on purpose, and even so, was done solely by the aforementioned lying employee that has since moved on. I just think it was an oversight that could have been avoided. Please accept my humble apology as to how I reacted initially, as my anger and haste was misguided.
