Nic is best and I highly recommend him - Saltyron369
Had difficult time deciding on buying new truck, Nic was a patient honest sales exec. I was very pleased with his service and I would not hesitate buying from him anytime. Much respect and hope to see him again. Thanks Nick.

Best dealership - thesledge
Super nice sales team! They made the process so simple and not stressful, it was the best experience I’ve had with a dealer ever. Definitely go see these guys, they’ll get you taken care of! The service and parts departments are phenomenal too!
Ordered and received - New-truck-guy
The order process was very detailed and met all of our expectations. The F250 has exactly what we requested on it and the stone grey color has already received a lot of positive comments. We would have preferred a more accurate arrival date from Ford when checking that online.
Amazingly customer respect and courtesy are missing - NoLongerACustomer
I have been to this dealer many times for service. I never had a reason to complain. Now, I will never return for neither service nor a purchase. First my daughter took her car in for “The Works” service. But instead of changing the oil, they added new oil, never draining the old. They didn’t top off the vehicle’s fluids. She ended up with several hundred dollars of repairs as a result. The customer “care” she got after being transferred from on “manager” to another was a free oil change offer. Obviously that was never used.
Then I had my son drop off my car for “The Works” with a coupon. When he came home and handed me the receipt, they not only didn’t honor the coupon, they also charged me for the individual services the were to be included in the “The Works.” I was treated like I was a liar, even after showing the receipt. Grudgingly, they gave me credit for my next service. Obviously, that credit remains unused.
The final straw that broke the camels back was taking a new to us car in for “The Works” again. This time all seemed well, until I was riding home with my son in the car. I asked him to turn the AC on to cool us down. “It already is on,” he told me. The next day we took it back in and asked about this. If I thought I was poorly treated for a simple overcharge, this took customer mistreatment to new levels. Finally, with no resolution or even an attempt to find an equitable solution, I left. Another mechanic found the problem, one of the AC hoses had been cut partway through in two places with a sharp instrument. No road hazard could make such clean cuts.
I will never use their shop again. I will never buy a vehicle from them. I will never recommend them again; in fact I will recommend against them when asked. I’m not sure what happened up there. I have been a long time customer, but unfortunately my last experiences with them indicates that they have lost their focus on the customer and are seeking some other goal.
Great experience - Rheudian75
I had a great experience buying a car from this dealership. My salesperson Don Mendoza was terrific and made me feel comfortable with his knowledge and personality. I will be buying my next car from Don and the folks at Performance Ford.
Cody in Service - Tiff3144

Unfortunate experience (probably exception) - Shaun86
Not sure where to put rating for stars. The service center has done well for warranty work. A number of employees have also tried to strive for good experience. I just noticed though that the 7 conductor hitch wiring is missing part of wiring it needs. (Installed as part of buying truck)
I had some concerns when picking up the truck a couple days after paying for it because cleaning induced engine problem. I would have liked to have had the opportunity to consider the 3 day exchange period, and I brought it up the morning after I picked it up.
The issue giving me the most grief is the extended warranty. I was persuaded it would be a good idea, and not very long afterwards had some problems, and service center found more than one problem for about 2500-3000. Guess how much warranty program would cover, less than 25%. (has to be at dealership, if in SLC area, 45 day and 1000 mile waiting period) Cost of warranty is more than 3500 with tax, about a third of cost of truck. I am STILL waiting for dealership to give me a refund as I cancelled warranty unused about 6+ weeks ago......
Didn’t feel valued - Jess
I have been coming to this location for service and car purchasing for the last 19 years. My father in law is retired from Ford so we have been loyal to Ford. While the 2 salesmen were nice and I ultimately ended up with a car I wanted at a fair price point, the whole process was difficult. I had arranged ahead of time to borrow the car (used)and when I picked it up there appeared to be vomit in the back so I didn’t take it. They did fix it the next day but never deep cleaned or detailed it. They are letting me bring it back to get it detailed but it sure would have been nice to drive away with a clean car.
Service Integrity in Question - David
I was concerned with some of the service work that was recommended initially, and asked that you look at my vehicle service records to make sure we weren't doing something that had already been done unnecessarily. Because your the Ford dealer I trust that your recommendations are sound. I went back to my vehicle records of service work performed, and found that 4 of the recommended service procedures had been done between 6,500 and 8,000 miles ago. When looking at Fords website it would appear that some of these are done at 15,000 mile intervals, and others at 50,000 mile intervals. If this is truly the case it would have reduced my invoice about $705. This causes me great concern with your business integrity. 1. - Did the service work that should have been performed 8,000 miles ago actually get done? Or, 2. - Was this service work recommended only to drive up a customers invoice to improve revenue targets and/or commissions. In all fairness, I would like some honest answers before I take the actual survey because I am typically very pleased with you guys.
Great service - Bestservice
We have always gone to Westland Ford due to the great service we have received. Jim Twitchell was knowledgeable in what we needed, service was timely & everything was reviewed with us when we pick up our truck. We always return due to the professional, experienced, friendly, &reasonable prices for services. We know when the work is done it's done right so we don't have to worry. Thanks and keep up the great job.
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new... - adams5104
I had always owned a Ford that is until I purchased a new one from butterfield ford.
We were lucky enough to get a car that had a chronic problem with the accelerator having a mind of its own, It would accelerate when you took your foot off the accelerator. Butterfield had documented the problem yet could not fix it. We felt very unsafe in the car and asked them to take it back under the lemon law and they refused. We contacted Ford motor co. And they told us that we would have to work it out with the dealer. We ended up trading it in for fear of having an accident with our children in the out of control car. We figured that our only recourse for our poor treatment from butterfield and ford motor co. was to NEVER buy a ford product again. I have bought several new non-ford cars since and been happy with the treatment from all other dealers and manufactures. My children are now of driving age and have adopted the same “no ford” policy. I can only hope that this will help somebody else from being treated the same way by butterfield and ford motor co. I would suggest buying a Dodge or Chevrolet
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. ... - DarlingMonsters
About 2 years ago we bought a truck from these guys. Let's just say we aren't the brightest bulbs in the package. We overpaid by nearly 10,000 dollars. We did regret the purchase within a month later and we called to see if we could trade for something else and were basically blown off. If you go to this dealership don't be like us. Know what you want and what it is worth so you don't get suckered-cause let me tell you they WILL take advantage of you if they can. To add insult to injury, for some reason they have my name wrong so all the letters come to my husband and his phantom lover, Kathy (my name is Melanie, so its not even close). Don't be fooled into thinking they actually CARE about you. Your money, sure. You, no way. Bottom line is be smart if you go but we will never go back and certainly don't recommend it. No foolin' us twice!
Superb purchase experience - JML
Recently purchased a new F-150 from Crandall. From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I had took delivery of my new vehicle, the experience was altogether superb. A zero-pressure sales approach, with highly-professional support throughout the vehicle selection, purchase, and post-purchase "upgrade" process. It's refreshing to know that in 2016, high-quality, family-owned, honest and trustworthy businesses like Crandall still exist. And the fact that we don't need to leave Park City to experience this makes it even better! Keep up the great work, Mr. Crandall and team!
