I found the car I was looking for on Auto Trader and it lead me to this dealership. The car was as described in the ad. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. They let me look at the car without hounding me and only got involved when I asked them to. I wanted the vehicle inspected by a third-party and they were more than willing to accommodate. Financing was very easy and straightforward. No games, no hard selling, no deceptive add-ons. I appreciate that.
I don't buy many vehicles, so my experience is somewhat limited, but this was far better than any corporate dealership experience I've had in the past and far better than dealing in Craigslist with flaky Sellers and shady amateur dealers.

If you are expecting the gimmicks of the big dealerships, then you are in the wrong place. There is no red carpet service here. What you get is honest price for a used car. Yes it is a used car so set your expectation right, do your homework researching the vehicle and bring your check book. The folks at Auto Market AZ will work with you on minor things that you notice ex: a worn tire or the like but they can't help you with major items because they are operating on a very thin margin. The allowed me to take the car to a mechanic before I purchased it. They were very nice. Steve Dagher is a very friendly guy and if you meet Sadir that would be because you are asking for something that will break their bank :-). That does't mean that he wouldn't try to help you. Victoria Ahern was the nicest of the bunch. May be I'm biased because I dealt with her the most. I gave her my information and left and when I came back after work, my paperwork was done it took less than 15 minutes to sign and drive.

They were very friendly and bent over backwards to serve me, even though I wasn't buying a very expensive car. The owner personally made sure that I was satisfied. They hadn't worked with my bank before, and my bank does things a little differently than normal. But the folks at All Price Auto demonstrated flexibility and cheerful patience with the process and made sure everything went smoothly. My car still works great, for a used car, almost a year later.

We first found our Toyota Tacoma on one of the web portals and were immeidately impressed with how clean and new it looked depiste its almost 20 years and just over 150,000 miles - it looked so nice you'd never have known it from the pics.
We called Brett who told us he works by appointment and was happy to accomodate anytime we were free...his level of customer service considtently high all the way through. When we arrived at his dealership the lot was immaculate, even meticulously cared for, and every vehicle was washed and sparkling.
The truck was in the same excellent condition the online listing indicated, inside and out, and ran as well as it looked. When it came time to buy Brett rode with us to the DMV office nearby and helped take care of all the details.
In every way we felt comfortable, unstressed, and excited to find such a great vehicle from such a manicured place, and from such a terrific guy. We'd buy again from Brett alin a heartbeat.

I just bought my either tenth or twelve (I lost count) vehicle from Brian at Can Am Motorsports and what I understand is there are other people out there who have dwarfed me in the number of vehicles they have bought from Can Am. Just wanted to say it was another easy and seamless transaction. So what is it about this guy Brian who owns Can Am? How can a “car salesman” have so many loyal and repeat customers? I say loyal because every time I go to his showroom to look at what new and exciting vehicles he has, I see some of the same people who are either buying again or looking at his inventory, just like what I’m doing there. Ya, from the time I bought my first vehicle from Brian years ago up to the one I bought the other day, I still get that big comfort level and even a sense of security dealing with Brian, mainly because of his hands off, non-pressure approach, which I’ve always found in our transactions. Most people who go to car dealerships typically feel like their being shafted after doing a deal, and probably because they are. I’ve honesty never felt this way (or have others I have spoken with) when it comes to Can Am, mainly because his prices are so much lower than other dealers for the same vehicles. Good to know there are still honest and genuine people out there looking at everyone’s needs and not just their own! Maybe that’s why he has so many repeat customers? I’m writing this review because I believe sincere and respectful “sales” people need to be recognized no matter what business they are in when they treat their customers like family or friends. Thank you Brian and Can Am.

We had first inquired about a truck at Goldie's motors from out of state. They got us pre-approved and ready to go when I realized I had overlooked it wasn't 4x4 so I backed out.
Fast forward a month and we have moved to Arizona. We decided to have another look and found a Jeep. They kept our approval and our purchase was a breeze! Literally the first time I didn't leave a dealership with a migraine.
Not too long after our purchase we started having problems with oil consumption. Come to find out this is a notorious problem with the engine model. We literally started to panic, but after talking to Adam we were quickly back at ease. They sent us to have it inspected and when it turned out the whole engine needed replaced they purchased back our Jeep at full price and got us into another vehicle. When does that ever happen?! We are so grateful for all of their help and saving us from would could have been a major burden. I used to be afraid of used car dealerships, but Goldies motors has forever won our business. They mean it when they say they stand behind their products.

I contacted David Harvey at Truckmasters for my 19 year old son who is a first time car buyer. My son kept bugging me about getting an auto loan but I wasn't sure how to go about getting him into a loan without a co-signer, very little down, lack of credit history but with a decent interest rate. My son has good credit but it's new credit so I didn't want a dealer to send his credit ap to 15 different lenders. David talked me through the process, explained they work with several lenders with great first time buyer programs and felt that one in particular might be a good fit. I felt confident that Truckmasters would take care of my son so I sent him in – after all we are not obligated to buy anything . We were shocked that the loan approval came back with 4.5%. They had the bank approval already at set terms so we didn’t need to worry about anyone calling us later and saying the deal didn’t get approved or they needed more money down. Truckmasters did everything they said they would. It helped that we did not expect a first time car buyer to walk out of there with a $50,000 lifted truck but Truckmasters (David & Lance) got my son into the perfect starter truck with only 60,000 miles. Perfect first truck at a low payment and something he can customize himself or pay for a year and then go back to Truckmasters with a trade in. Car buying experiences are never fun or easy but Truckmasters really did make it a smooth process. It made Mama happy and they took care of my son.

WORST EXPERIENCE... 6 weeks later & still a nightmare - camberleywoods
NEVER EVER EVER do business with this company. Our experience has been a nightmare (and I'll just give you the top 2 reasons it's been awful).
1. We are over 6 weeks out on trading in our old vehicle and this company STILL had not paid off our old loan so we are still paying on it.
I have called finance multiple times and no one is calling me back. This dealership is obviously doing shady things with their loans and floating money.
2. When we purchased the vehicle we knew there was an issue with the spark plugs and cam phaser. At the time, the dealership agreed to replace it. Well.... replacing it turned into a nightmare.
We had to take the car in 3 different times to try and get it fixed. And each time we brought it down we had to wait around (with our two young kids)... and while we waited no one spoke with us (as in there were 10 men in the room playing on their phones and no one even said hello or asked us if we could be helped).
We finally got the car fixed, and on the drive home someone flagged my husband down on the freeway because liquid was leaking everywhere.
He pulled off the freeway and he discovered that antifreeze is what was leaking everywhere because one of the coolant lines from the radiator had a hose clamp that hadn't been tightened properly so the line got hot and blew off. This led to antifreeze being sprayed all over the engine and ground.
Lastly, the men at this establishment do not treat women right. They would only speak to my husband about the sell/purchase of the vehicle and acted like I was not their equal.

This is the second car we have bought from Centennial; however, the first time using Dean Massi. He was great from the beginning through the end, and even now he is still answering all my questions/needs much past the point (past the point in which most Dealerships/Salesman would no longer be responding). Dean worked with me months prior to actually purchasing a vehicle and because of his patience and no hassle approach, we wound up purchasing our Durango much sooner than planned. It was the simplest process and I would recommend this place 1,000 times over. We had a few issues come up with the Durango since purchasing, very minor things such as blinker lights, etc. and Dean continues to provide us the best customer service even though it’s been close to 7 months since we purchased. Just can’t say enough about Centennial (working with AZFCU) and Dean Massi!

On 5/31/15 I was sent to Express Auto Spot in Glendale, AZ by another dealership after a deal fell through. (They had me thinking I got the car; called me back and asked for a higher down payment). When I got there I was told that they could not finance a car with me because I was currently under bankruptcy. They put me under their leasing program where I currently pay $200.44 every two weeks. That is the contract I signed. About 4 months later I receive a notice in the mail from Mid-Atlantic Finance Company stating that I am now financing the car through them. My APR is 29%!!!!! I never signed a new contract to finance the car. The car that I have that was supposed to be temporary is a 2007 Chrysler Sebring and has well over 100,000 miles on it and it falling apart and it will not last the life of the loan. On top of that when I had qualifying repairs under the warranty they told me that it was not covered. Stay away from this place they do not care!!!!!! They have ruined my life.
