I was hoping to make my old car last for the few years I expect to be driving, but that wasn't to be. Buying a new car was a totally new experience for me, so I asked my son to help. When we left the dealership I said to my son, "Everyone there treats you like you're their best friend." Rick Guevara was our salesman and he couldn't have been kinder, more thoughtful and professional. Even though he realized I was a "little old lady" relying on my son to do much of the talking, he treated me with the utmost respect. Since that day he has called me at least twice to see if I have any further questions or if he can be of further assistance. I'd recommend Rick and Earnhardt to anyone looking for a car.

Emily added a great element to the purchasing experience. However, after the sale, calls ate not returned. You get absolutely nowhere when trying to schedule service purchased with the vehicle. Customer service ceases with signing of contract.

Worst experience. The salesman would ask the same questions over and did not listen to any answers or vehicle requirements.
The manager was not considerate, attentive or even remotely polite. He does not take an entire family or buying party seriously. There was no attention brought to the buyers requests and questions were alsways avoided and answered how the manager wanted them answesered. Additionally, he did not listen to any answers or simply make eye contact. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Came in with my wife looking at new Ram trucks and we were greeted by the salesman. Found a truck we liked and went inside to discuss price etc... salesman took forever just to get us a price, came back and handed us a full ad on ridiculous out the door cost we freaked out!! My wife showed him her phone whare the truck was listed for like $8,000 less on their INTERNET site!!! I was like what the xxxx is going on here, you have 2 diff pricings for trucks for sale?? Salesman said zero, not even apology
Salesman goes back to manager and manager yells across the room “sorry folks didn’t realize you were on the internet price”!! Right away I told me wife this place is a bait and switch shin sham... we walked out and salesman comes running out trying to get us back in. I’m like... xxxx no you guys have walk in pricing, internet pricing, managers pricing, coupon pricing and whatever else crap you can make up to get more money out of us.
Long story short.... buyers beware this place will not give you their internet price unless you call them on there bull crap!!! What a joke.... do your research, we found out they were about $2,000 higher than dealerships in Mesa!! Freaking ridiculous

My wife recently purchased a new Dodge Challenger RT from another dealership. She found that she had constant signal interference/static on any FM radio station that she tuned to. She had taken it to other dealerships only to be disappointed. Since I had such a positive experience with purchasing a used truck at AutoNation CDJRF last month, I offered to take it to their Service Dept on my way to work. Our Service Advisor, Matt, gained my confidence immediately. Not only was he professional, courteous, and attentive; he also displayed great empathy and concern for my wife's troubling experience with other dealerships. It took a couple of days, but Matt kept us informed every step of the way, and they were able to resolve the issue. From now on, we will bring both of our vehicles here for service!
