I originally came in contact with Dave over 2 years ago while looking for a car. A series of events and changes happened in my life and I put off purchasing a car. I would periodically reach out to Dave about vehicles and he was ALWAYS happy to answer any question I had and continued to share cars with me that he knew I’d like. Fast forward to today and now I didn’t only want a car but needed one. Dave was very responsive and treated me like a VIP. The approval was done and paperwork ready to be signed when I arrived making my visit to the dealership short and sweet. DJ and Ian also played a big role in my great experience. This was my sisters first experience purchasing and looking at cars, so she had never experienced the "Vultures" aspect of a car salesperson's. But we completely lucked out and had a nice easy going sales guy. If you see yourself at Hyundai Scottsdale Chapman, I HIGHLY recommend Osvany. He was such a nice guy, he did not push himself on us to quickly to purchase a car, laughed at our silly 'girlie' humor. (My sister has a habit of saying things are cute) He took it all in stride and even noticed when he almost lost our sale and was eager to bring us back, which he did. Overall, there were a few hiccups out of Osvany's control but just like any corporate business there are always unlining issues. Just make sure to dot all your I's and cross your T's.

Great Service but Terrible Service Writer - hyunda1648
Been coming to this dealer ship for several years. Always had great service writers and excellent service. Lucky me I was assigned Tony S as a service writer my last visit. He is a very rude , nasty and vulgar person to deal with. After trying to talk to this man could not get him to be civil. He was so scary with his language that my wife and I could not wait to get out of there. He was threatening and cursing when no one could hear. He was so bad that another service writer walked away from him while he was cursing at me.
Tried to talk to Service Manger that day and he would not let me get into the main store to find him.
Must of been a really bad day for him. I did a background check on his man and he work history tells it all.
Needless to say I will never return to this dealership as long as he is working there.

Never buy a used car from this dealership with a warranty. The service department delays appointments for over a week before the car can be seen. Which means your car may not function for that week and you will not have a rental car as promised through the warranty service. The services advisers are rude. Some will speak spanish to other employees while you're talking to them directly (Rico). They will not call back on issues that you've asked about with regards to the car itself.

This place is hypocritical they say you are financed have u sign papers pay a downpayment and wait a couple of weeks say that it didnt go through then has u come back sign papers two more times and guarantees it is all done and you get a call from finance saying it is all good just to get a phone call months later saying you need to bring the car back cuz it didn't go through what's up with that bs. And you have put all this work into the car making it yours fixing it up seriously that is some messed up business.
