1st time Subaru owner - Mrs Ganapol
Needed install of a couple accessories on my new Subaru. 1st impression of this service center was great! Decided to try the shuttle rather than wait and found out they also offered a complimentary Uber ride back to the dealership! So cool . Who does that ?! At the risk of sounding hokey, they really made me feel part of the Subaru family. Can’t wait until my badges arrive in 4-6 weeks.

I had a very nice experience, as always, when I brought my Pilot in for a oil change. I knew I needed more than that but just wanted the oil change. Within 30 mins, the oil change and inspection were done. I had an airbag recall and needed filters so I had those two things done and on my way!

“SUPERB SERVICE” - John & TJ
This was our first experience with Goliath Auto Sales. My husband and I learned of them thru the internet while searching for a particular used car and saw they had what we wanted. My husband called and spoke to Paul Barker, the owner, who said the car was still there. We got into our car and drove the 40 minutes to get there. When we arrived, we met with Gary Short, a salesman who was extremely courteous, friendly and so non-pushy, an extremely likeable human being. He got the keys so we could test try the car and when we got back to the lot Paul Barker was there as well. We all stood around talking about the car and life in general as if we have known them a long time. We said we wanted to trade in our car and Paul gave us an extremely fair price so we said let’s right up the deal. They answered all my questions and concerns. It was the most painless deal I have ever had in buying a car. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience in buying a car.

Noble motors, truly noble! - Sgary1987
Greetings concerned parties,
you are surely asking yourself, 'what kind of dealership is Noble Motors?'.
Well, allow me to describe my first-hand knowledge, experience, and opinion. Then, you can decide for yourself!
Noble Motors is a family owned and operated used car dealership. Grandpa owned and operated it with his son, teaching him the value of nobility and treating patrons as family. Now, the tradition continues, as Sayed operates this business with his son, Sid.
I had the extreme pleasure of working with both Sid and his father. It's impossible to describe fully, the lengths for which Noble Motors went to get me licensed, insured, and into my own truck- all within the short span of 1 week!
I am 29 years old and have never had a license, but this was no trouble for Sayed. He helped me to get connected with a private third party company that administered my written test and road test, so that I could get my license and all in one day! Noble motors has the connections and the care to put you behind the wheel of your dream vehicle; no matter the obstacle, and all within your deadlines!
They finance with only the best, Hughes FCU. And, they negotiated the best financing options available. This was on top of working with my budget for a low down-payment. I could not have been more satisfied with my APR, monthly payments, and down payment- phenomenal!
The service and personability at Noble Motors will charm you into never wanting to leave or to buy a vehicle at another facility ever again! No matter what dilemmas or speed bumps are in the way, and I had a lot, they will treat you with care and do everything to get you into the vehicle you need!
Alright, let's talk about the truck I bought. This beautiful vehicle- 2000 Ford F150 XLT extended cab SB-had no problems and the few aesthetic dings that it did have, were promptly pointed out by the amazing staff at Noble Motors. They had the Carfax in-hand when I came in to test-drive it. The car was pristine, especially after they put it through their detailed and caring service center.
What can I say; Noble Motors is a 5 star company. They finance with the best. They are family owned and operated. They will treat you like family, their vehicles are fairly priced and in great condition- or they wouldn't have them on their lot!
5/5! Thank you for reading my review and, thank you Noble Motors- you truly are noble!
Cozy and conformable experience - Royal Willie
I bought a super clean 2006 Toyota Tacoma after looking for several months for a Tacoma 4x4 that was in good condition. They have a good selection of clean used Toyotas .

Great shop/buy experience!! - JD49
Our vehicle was declared "total loss" in accident so had to rent a vehicle. Miranda, at speedway enterprise rental office mentioned that their car sales dealership had great buys on low mileage vehicles. Just went to look and ended up buying a 2015 MKZ. Vehicle had more mileage than we planned on, but a very nice & new looking sedan for a great price. Great buying experience at this dealership!! Thanks Miranda, Tim & Mark.
A review from a non reviewer - Marigold983
I never write reviews. Just don’t feel the need. However, today it is justified. I went to look for a car today. It was my fourth day looking. I stopped in at Royal to see Marvin (we had spoken on the phone prior). He was so helpful, and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a nightmare of a day for me seem painless and simple. He had a great spirit, and stayed positive even when I might not have been. He helped me find a solution to every issue I faced today buying a car. I honestly can say I could not have done it without him. Thank you Marvin from the bottom of my heart, from my family to yours. God Bless!
Great service, was made to feel very comfortable. - LeslieC
I came with low expectations, but left with great expectations. Victor Cortez made me feel very comfortable and did not feel pressured. I was not looking to buy that day, but I ran into a great salesman and thought hey why not. I got a great deal!!! Go see Victor at Catus Auto!! He's kinda cute too! 😜
Excellent services - Toylander
Always have great service at this Toyota dealership. Have been a customer for 20 years now! Quick and efficient service that has persevered over the years.
Hassle free car buying service - Mark iv
I purchased a second new car from Allstate in the past three years. The friendly staff approach in finding the car you are looking for is hassle free and courteous. Not the typical Dealer approach of this is our inventory and that is your choice. They were able to be competitive, if not beat a dealers offer hands down on the same model. They kept me informed through the car buying process and had several choices that met my desires in color combinations and options that I was looking for.
Degrating, unprofessional! - Kimber123
I visited AP's auto to look at a 2012 Nissan Altima that I saw online. I really liked the car unfortunately I needed to come back with my husband the next day. I pre-filled out a paper application pending submittal of it until my husband returned to see the car and sign the application for approval of running our credit. We returned to look at the car the next day and was approached by the same car sales man. My husband had pointed out another car I might like, and ask me if I wanted to test drive and I said yes. He proceeded to ask the car salesman if we could test drive this car and he told us no there was no point because we wouldn't qualify for that car. My husband and I immediately felt affended and shocked. How did he know what we could qualify for??? So we ask, he proceeded to tell us that he ran our credit and we needed to put a large down payment down and that we had to find a car under 10,000. He treated us horrible like we weren't worth his time. My husband looked at me and said let's go look at the dealership down the road Quebedeaux. So we did ended up finding a 2014 Nissan Altima beautiful car, our car sales man Scott went to work for us to get us approved with a low down payment. And he did it! He was amazing and really went to work for us. The funny thing is we ended up buying a 16,000 dollar car with no issues. So in all reality AP's Auto screwed themselves out of a sale. Very poor service, to much competion out there to be treated with such disrespect.
Deceptive dealer. Plays the "oh, he's stepped out of... - yzman5172
Deceptive dealer. Plays the "oh, he's stepped out of the office I'll transfer you to his voice mail" trick over and over.
They do not return phone calls.
They sell "phony" service contracts from a firm in TEXAS, named Warrantech. Check THEM out if you want to see a lot of negative reviews and complaints.
They refuse to remedy a safety problem that wasn't apparent until cold weather. (they sold the car in June full well knowing that the heater and defroster would not be checked out when it is 107 degrees outside). "It's been over six months, sir, so we're not going to fix THAT!
They and their service company, Transmissions Unlimited, play a "hot potato" game with customers, each saying that it the other entity's problem.
Transmissions Unlimited says "We are not part of Aufmuth" but every auto that needs service from Aufmuth is sent to Transmissions Unlimited.
Both Aufmuth and Transmissions Unlimited claim that they don't know what is covered by the after market service contract from Warrantech, the very same contract that the salesman push and push and push. There are only three levels of coverage and both Mike Aufmuth and Darryl from Transmissions Unlimited claim they have to call the service contract company to find out what is covered. So for years they have been pushing and profiting from the sale of this contract, but neither of them claim to know what is on the three levels of coverage! That's some sharp business people there!
Darryl at Transmissions Unlimited Can't fix one thing without breaking another. When the vehicle was purchased I discovered in two days that it needed a fuel pump. Aufmuth would only replace it if I gave up two other concessions they had made when the vehicle was purchased, namely new tires and collision damage to a quarter panel. IN the process of changing the fuel pump, Transmissions Unlimited fried the electric mirror system somehow. Their take on the matter-"It's just a coincidence" and I probably didn't realize it was broken!!! REALLY??? Yesterday, with a leak in the windshield defrost system only and at Transmissions Unlimited for troubleshooting , the vehicle "waiting on word from Aufmuth about coverage" Darryl said he never touched anything and won't until word is given from Aufmuth. When I went to pick up the vehicle after it sat all day at Transmissions Unlimited waiting a word from the dealer, Aufmuth, the system was now spewing radiator steam in to the cab when neither the heater nor the defroster was running. Darryl had told me he didn't touch a thing, but the shop worker who drove my vehicle out front to give to me said, "oh yeah, Darryl was taking things apart and removed the glove box and "checked out" the heater core. So whereas before I had no problem until the defroster was operated, now there is constant radiator steam in the cab whether the heater and defroster is operating OR NOT!!! So Darryl has broken more than he has repaired, and he lies about it or says it is a coincidence.
They guy was friendly. But that's where the good stuff... - aronm
They guy was friendly. But that's where the good stuff ends. I called on a car to check options (stick vs. auto). The car was at another store and he really insisted he bring it to this store for my viewing. When I showed up, the ding-dong had it up on the rotating display so I couldn't really see it or drive it (duh!!). After I got someone to stop the machine so I could take a closer look, I saw it had been beat pretty good and it was a stick, not auto, as I had been told. They other guy that helped me was friendly too.
All Around Excellent - wes
We bought an 04 F-350 with 89k actual miles that was exactly as the presented it. It has been my experience (I'm 70 so have a little) as a car guy since I was a kid that used car lots and sales people are more often that not sketchy at best and had intended to look at a different truck when we ended up at Canyon (my wife and I originally ment to go to a different lot) and saw this F-350 and while we were looking it over we were approached by a salesman (Luther) he was very cordial and not at all pushy, he gave us the current info about the vehicle, said the engine had been gone thru and cited a few other things that had been done. While on the test drive (without Luther) we realized this wasn't the truck we originally drove to Tucson from the Prescott area (200+ miles) to see but the way we were treated by Luther and his sales manager was awesome. Also Luther mailed us all of the receipts for all the work that was done while the truck was at Canyon which was in excess of 3 grand! If we ever need another vehicle Canton is the 1st. place we'll look. Thx...Wes
