Poor management of service done - Srj
My service manager did not keep me updated or even get my car diagnosed for 2 days and then didn’t get it completely diagnosed. It took a week to have the repairs done. When I would call the service manager would not pick up the phone even when he was at his desk and did not return calls. Worst experience I’ve had there. Normally the service managers I’ve had have been much better.

I had been looking for vehicles online and out of state for months. Only to find the best deal was in my backyard. I reached out to the dealership via their website and was Contacted by David piazza within hours. He was very helpful. I had a few questions about the vehicle I was looking at and he was able to answer them immediately. I set up an appointment for a test drive and instantly fell in love with the truck. David made me feel right at home from the second I met him. I would highly suggest doing business with this man. He was very helpful and didn’t apply any unnecessary pressure. Jackie Sidden was great also. Although they were very busy on this day she was able to make the paperwork process run very smooth. I am very grateful that customer service is still something that is a high priority. Overall great experience.
Vacation Trip Repair - Bcervi
We had stopped and changed the battery but the problem returned. Before heading to Pagosa Springs, CO. to ski wanted to make sure everything was working. Dominic L. was great, listen to the concerns I had and even had the service tech visit with me. They were swamped but he somehow get my Lincoln Mark LT in and found the issue, alternator was going out, had it replaced and we are back on the road in less the 2 1/2 hours. He even directed us to a great local restaurant.

Water pump defult causing the motor to over heat. (February 2018) after months of waiting for new motor Contacted regional supervisor, they helped. Motor replaced, engine light still on, returned, they replace catalytic converter - (June 2018) but lighs and air conditioner went out. Took in, after having 3 days they said nothing wrong, lights and air work - suprise, they don't! Will never use this dealer/service again. Am exploring other dealers/service.
