Above & beyond service with Damian, Haley & Jorge - Aussie
My battery died suddenly and I called Damian Allen who sold me the car and he not only remembered me but was able to give me phone numbers of who to contact and then followed up later after his shift to give me directions and information where to purchase an emergency battery! He really went above and beyond to assist and care as it had been 5 months since I bought my certified preowned Chevy.
After following his advice I felt safe & was able to drive my car again and
booked in a service visit.
This is where I met Haley Hawkins service advisor who was very informative and took the time to explain items under the hood, listen to my vehicle concerns and gave me an estimated time for completion for each item. She checked in with me a couple of times while I was waiting with updates - fabulous care and I felt completely confident she had my car under control - after the service the car runs even better than when I got it!!
I also want to mention Jorge Montero (who I originally started my initial car shopping with 5 months ago before his bilingual skills were in demand by another customer) who had previously taken the time & care to help me when I returned shortly after purchase to ask some more car related questions. He also is so friendly he again took the time to speak with me & see if I needed anything while waiting for my car to be serviced.
These 3 genuine & caring employees are what will bring me back again and again to fairway Chevy for all my needs - thank you!!!

Knew what was wrong when I took it there, they said they would look at the car for $130 but that would be applied to bill if work done there. I told the service tech what I wanted when I arrived, he waited till after I agreeded to let them examine the car for the fee that they don't fix just that broken part but replace whole system instead, even though the part of the system they where going to replace was working just fine. $180 repair goes to $420...

I brought my vehicle to C.A.R.S. for the first time to service a check engine light problem. It was that time of year (DMV registration). The code was a vague one that could have been a multitude of possible causes. I am so glad I brought it here because if I would have replaced the part that I thought it was (catalytic converter), I would have spent a ton of unnecessary money and would still not have fixed the issue. Not only did Avi figure out the correct problem, but he also saved me money on another part because he was able to repair it. He even took my car to the smog shop for me. Avi is a good hearted, honest, guy that really knows his stuff. I will definitely come back again for any future repairs.

Don't go over this shop. I took my car over there to repair for my accident damage on the right side, but turn out they damage my left side and try to blame it on the accident and get my insurance to pay them more. Appraiser said it will take 10 business day to repair, My car was in their shop on August 16th, and I MAYBE able to get back the car this weekend on 09/24/2011. I used up all 30 days rental policy and pay for my own now. On top of that, i get a subwoofer and amplifier in the back of my trunk, now they told me it is missing on 09/19/2011 afternoon after they told me i can finally pick up my car on 09/24/2011. Regardless if they do a good job or not (I don't think they will do a good job) DON"T EVER GO THERE. THEY CHARGE HIGH PRICE AND WASTE YOU A LOT OF TIME. I have to call their rep and manager 3-4 times to get a hold on them, they never return call or call you unless they made a mistake. Spend countless time to deal with their problem and mistake while I am a paying customer. The job they charge over $7k for one side damage

Brian the service manager is very customer oriented. His staff is very friendly and work hard. Facility is in good location and is very clean. Sales staff is friendly and not pushy. One of the best dealerships in Las Vegas.
