Never trust any service centers fully - SS
I had given my 3 series for a service cause my Rear right tire was loosing its air pressure every Monday. So when I give my vehicle and collected it back, all the tire pressure was at 40 psi instead of recommended 32 psi. I trusted the service engineers and it was my life I had put at risk , when I checked the psi at 40 while driving back home from BMW Roseville. Luckily I checked the TPM to see this discrepancy and drive back immediately to get the tire pressure reduced to the recommended 32 psi. Lost complete trust on BMW as a brand with this error, which could have caused my life.
Amazing service - Bobby
Hello there, I initially went to Roseville BMW to buy a BMW I3. On two different occasions the car that I reserved online was sold. I decided to go to meilo BMW and was driving my New car off the lot within 90 minutes. Since then the service has been absolutely amazing. There was a scratch or two that I noticed on the rear bumper, I called Nilo BMW and they told me to bring the car down for them to look at. After trying to touch up the bumper we agreed that it was not up to snuff. The way they resolved the issue for me was absolutely above and beyond what I expected. They gave me a loaner car and took my car to the body shop and have the entire bumper painted. Nate was my service technician who made the most of this possible along with Brandon my sales person Going forward I will only buy my cars from Neilo based on my recent experience.
Service sucks - Bmw sucks
Horrible service. Snarky responses from the service staff. They caused the problem and wouldn't stand behind their product or service. I definitely wouldn't recommend or purchase again from them. I reported them to BMW North America but who knows what that does
They do service on all cars, though they do have... - ZarathustraX
They do service on all cars, though they do have specialty with European imports. They are friendly and professional, and give you a ride to work after you drop the vehicle off. Unlike most places, they will install your own parts for you (instead of denying you if they are your own parts).
The work was good and the price was decent, not too low but not too high. There were only a few minor imperfections but I'm a picky guy. Like they used Castrol 5W30 synthetic when the Mercedes dealer uses Mobil 1, 0w40. And after a super-complicated custom job installing my own aftermarket suspension parts, which I was LUCKY to find someone who would do it, they didn't catch that the camber was slightly off (as it always is after a job like this). Whereas the Mercedes dealer did catch it. But I knew that would happen ahead of time and I am very satisfied with these guys. I would go to them again for this job, and also for other jobs where I know exactly what needs to be done.
