Last Friday morning, November 30, 2018, I found the vehicle that I wanted on their website after browsing their new inventory. I sent them an email through their website. After going back and forth in the emails and a telephone call from the manager, we could not come to an agreement. More emails trying to get me to come in. Finally, I received a response via email with an acceptable purchase amount and a solid figure due at signing. I got there about 7PM. It was dark so the vehicle was pulled into the showroom. Test drives done, iPhone connected, paperwork signed and I was out by 8:30. Not bad for the last day of the month. I recommend this dealership, but know the vehicle you want and do your homework first before going in.

I was looking for a 2019 Forester and after not getting anywhere with Sherman Oaks Subaru, I ended up Subaru of Glendale where I was greeted by a very polite salesman called Ali.
Ali was very professional and explained all the details about the new Forester during our test drive. Right after the test drive we were disappointed to find out that, the navy blue Forester that we drove was sold sold shortly thereafter and sadly there was no other Forester with the same color in stock!!.
Ali contacted the fleet manager called Chafi, and he promised us to do his best. We spent a few hours working out the price and the trade in, meanwhile Chafi was contacting other dealers to find the right car. Finally we drove home with a 2019 navy blue Forester that evening and very happy with the car and the service they provided.
Kudos to Ali Nasirfar and Chafi for going out of their way to make us happy .

Incompetence, Upselling, Untrustworthiness - Sweetpea
“Per customer request”—not true! I was told several things were needed to be done, like new filters and fluids, so I had them done. General service was therefore $1,200. My car-savvy friends laughed at me later. Worse still, my car immediately after began having all sorts of other problems with warning lights going on, etc. when I returned a few days later, they tried to sell me new tires before my car’s issue was even identified. I don’t trust this place and regret giving them a chance. I’m writing this as I wait, wait, wait too long to pay for a mistake they are probably responsible for, either intentionally to make another $100, or through incompetence

I drove 50 miles one way for a deal approved and confirmed in writing by sales manager Tony Navarro and finance manager too. Spending three hours at the dealership, having them run my credit, getting ready to sign papers and leave with the promised, already negotiated, and confirmed, car, the GM (a rude xxxxxxx) comes in and says he won't make this deal happen because they would be losing money on it. I was like what?! I spent a day on the phone with them back and forth with things, they agreed to the transaction, confirmed in writing the terms of the lease, told me to come get the car, on 12/31 I drove there only to be harassed by the GM. I asked him to fill up my car with gas for all the crap he put me through and having me spend 100 miles on the round trip and he said no and just walked away. Not even apologizing or sorry for the crap they put me through on New Year's Eve. What a xxx! Avoid this dealership at all cost.
