Beyond Expsctations - BHill Man
Harold Johnson was the awesome salesman to make this purchase happen. Went ONLY to price out a jeep and walked out with my first one. The entire Sierra Team was awesome and such a pleasure of an experience.
best dealership experience - KatUrrea
Honestly, George Hewitt is the person to go to if you are looking for an honest and trustworthy salesman. He made our second experience buying a car a lot more comfortable than our first experience with another salesman. He was honest, truthful, and answered all of our questions (we did our research beforehand and ask questions to answers we already know to see if they are being truthful and honest). James and Eddie also made our experience so much better as well we were treated like we were part of their team (unlike other dealerships). Seriously, I cannot stop raving about George, James, and Eddie's excellent customer service.
5 Star Excellent Service Experience on Feb 19th - mbc1952
This Excellence in Service experience was a direct result of two employees who were extremely professional in managing my service visit. They are Cesar Arizmendi and Norma Espinoza. Cesar was pulled into a Warranty meeting and unavailable at the time of my Service appointment when I arrived. Norma stepped up to greet me, write up and process my Service request . Norma also made time to correct errors in my service profile that have existed for quite awhile. Cesar returned to discuss my service request and he managed my service from beginning to end. I really appreciate this level of teamwork and professionalism from these two employees. This is the type of service experience I look forward to when I bring my Wrangler in for service. Thank you. Michael Cohen.

Worst service - Julian
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours.
Understaffed Service Department & Poor Quality Control - 1Herron1
Poor management of dealership, highly understaffed service department and poor quality control.
Appointment made for a Saturday, and only "1" service department writer and waited over 45 minutes. This attributes to being a management scheduling issue, lack of customer service.
No return phone calls by voice mail nor even to others within the service department. Attributed to poor training by management.
Workmanship by service department lousy, and poor quality control.
Picked up vehicle, taking to another dealership.
scam!!!!!!! - dscdsc
I have a problem with my new car. I take it to my dealership for 3 times and i wait for 1 month, they still did't do the work and even lie to me.
the problem happened to my new fiat spider 124 break, and i gived it to my dealership (Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep), they kept my car for a week and didn't fix it. when i have the car, the problem come back again, so i have to take it back. However, they take the car for more than a week and retured the car to me with out even fix it. they said that they gonna ask the fiat company. and i take my car back, still not fixed, i wait for another 1.5 weeks and keeping asking them, they always lie to me that the parts gonna be ready tomorrow. finally,i contect fiat company and i sent my car to Glendale Dodge Chrysler Jeep. i wait for another two weeks and they still not even start on my car. Also, they said it was a small factory problem which just need to change the break pad , but they turns out to change at least 12 part(whole breaking system and part of suspension system.) they keeping lie to me that the work is gonna be done the next day or week. but the truth is they not even start.
Because of their inefficience and dishonesty. i no more turst their work.
I really don't know what to do right now, the only thing i can say is DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR HERE!!
Illegal bait-and-switch for all cars in inventory... - waltchan
-------BUYER BEWARE-------.... ALL PRICES YOU SEE ADVERTISED ONLINE ARE """NEVER""" THE PRICE YOU WILL PAY, according to Mario the salesman who told me this dirty secret that this dealer recently changed their policy. EVERY THOUSAND OF VEHICLES IN-STOCK (NEW AND USED) NOW REQUIRE A MINIMIUM OF $4,000 MARKUP PRICE ($1,500 more for RAM trucks) FOR THE JUNK DEALER AFTERMARKET ACCESSORIES INSTALLED before they will sell the cars to you, AND IT IS """NON-NEGOTIABLE...""""
Their markup price may be possible to negotiate on very-rare case basis, but only good for few hundred dollars off max. If you are a guy, FORGET IT, you are required to pay the full $4,000 markup price. Only ladies can negotiate the $4,000 markup aftermarket price for few hundred dollars less. They are very-PREJUDICED and BIASED on who will get the discount or not, and I saw all these events on my face personally overhearing from other customers nearby. Not every people will get the same price, opportunity, and discount.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR TROUBLE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE...Run, RuN, RUN AWAY...
(PS: This 1-star review wouldn't be posted if dealer didn't screw up with the wrong stock number of vehicle we originally worked on for 24 hours straight, but sold it to different customer instead despite my bill of sale contract was already created and signed. I lost my patience and anger, their stupidity, and stormed out. I would be happy to keep this bait-and-switch dealer a secret and give them 5 stars today (and not post this review) if they didn't screw up on me. Huntington Beach Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer is the lowest, lowEST, and LOWEST of the worst you can find in this whole United States country.)

The Worst (it’s Nissani Bros. now) - sboileau1
Still furious. Yesterday I went to buy a new "used" leftover 2017 Camaro 2LT Convertible (119 mi). Negotiated, got the price to where I wanted, signed all of the paperwork. Owned it. Done and done. Salesman was honestly wonderful to work with. Literally waiting outside to drive home in it.
When they went to pull it in to wash it, it wouldn't start. Somehow, the lot attendant, in his attempt to jump the car, fried it... or else it was a dangerous manufacturer defect. Either way... Entire cabin filled up with electrical insulation smoke, absolutely reeked, the terminal and the battery cooked, maybe the cables too. Just a mess. Scorched the electrical system.
While they had FIVE identical cars (identical Monroney sticker price), all used because the dealership purchased them from the manufacturer a few months ago, the manager refused to sell me one of the other ones at the same price (swap it out evenly), because they were arbitrarily priced differently on different websites ($23,995, $25,998, $26,998) so he couldn't "afford" to give me the same deal on one of those. I just wanted them to reprint the paperwork with the VIN of one of the literally identical cars and send me home happy in one on Christmas Eve. He wanted $2000 more for me to drive home an identical car to the one I literally bought from them, in good faith, an hour earlier.
Voided the deal, went home in an Uber, empty handed, after wasting SIX HOURS at the dealership on Christmas Eve, angrier than I've probably been in ten years.
Ho, ho, ho. About to file a formal grievance with corporate, with the owner, and with the better business bureau, for the first time in my life. They absolutely had an easy way to do right by me, and they absolutely avoided any responsibility to save a few bucks. That's apparently their ethical code.
