Fell in love with the 2019 Audi Q8 flagship suv. My wife is huge on getting a deal, and relentless when it comes to the numbers. In the end, the only guy ever willing to give the most aggressive deal is Michael Tesh, Fleet Manager at Audi Beverly Hills. He’s gotten us into 3 Audi’s now, and every time has been patient and willing to work with us so we walk away happy and with the perfect car. When you show up, he has the exact car with exact specs totally washed, detailed, and waiting right in the showroom. Literally only took an hour to complete the whole thing which includes the signing contracts portion.
If you get an Audi, the only dealership where the level of preparedness and service expertise is at the 5-star
level is Audi Beverly Hills. They have the largest fleet with every model and trim package possible. And the guy you’re looking for is Michael Tesh. Thanks bud, and this Q8 is a straight-up showstopper!!! Truly appreciate your efforts and staying until almost 10pm for us!

Worst Expereince in 40 years - az21419
My recent experience with sales manager Pano Argyropoulos and Majd Alawad attempting to purchase a car was the worst experience I have encountered with a dealership in my life time.
I was buying from out of state and we arrived at an agreed price and arrangement on the phone. Submitted all required credit information and payment was in place. I was waiting for them to arrange for transport and send me the sale agreement to finalize. everything was agree upon. After three days I contacted the sales manager Pano and was told he did not think he could sale me the car because it was involved in an accident on the dealership premises and there was significant front-end damage. REALLYY??? The story was not creditable and made no sense to me so I asked for pictures to be sent to me of the damaged vehicle and was told they would send them. Significant front-end damage from a parking lot incident, hmm. I was told they would follow up the next day and let me know exactly where thing stood after fully evaluating the damage.
I have been waiting 3 days now and still now pictures. No one is taking my calls or responding to my emails HOWEVER the car is listed as sold on their website.
Since no one at the dealership has had the courtesy to contact me and tell me what really happened. I can only assume they decide not to honor our deal and sold the car to some one else and then fabricated a story. Do not waste your time trying to buy a car at this dealership when there are many reputable dealerships to choose from.

I bought a Pre-Owned Audi from this dealership in July and thought it was great, they told me they’d take care of all the paperwork and I’d even get my plates in the mail.
This quickly changed a month later when Kit (the salesperson I purchased the car from) tried to get me to sign some backdated documentation from the DMV. After I said I didn’t feel comfortable signing a backdated document all I got was radio silence from them.
Cut to 3 months later, I still haven’t received my plates in the mail and have called and emailed them countless times to no response. I actually got better service from the DMV when I called them, they told me the dealership never filed the paperwork to get me the new plates.
I don’t know what shady dealings are going on here, or why on earth they’d try to get clients to sign backdated documents, but when you buy a luxury vehicle you’d expect luxury service, be warned this dealership does not offer that.

Audi Valencia sales team were very disrespectful and unprofessional. Dealing with them did not feel like I'm buying a luxury car. We ended up canceling the deal with them, and went to a different Audi dealership.
