Mission hills Hyundai reached out to me today and apologized for any problem with the purchase price and warranty on the new battery. They explained the difference between the original batteries warranty and a new battery warranty. Being a loyal customer they wanted to make sure I was happy. So they offered me a complete detail of the car to offset the price of the battery. I feel this is very generous offer. A very happy and satisfied customer.

I've never had as wonderful experience as I had Monday, 12-18-17. Edgar Gonzalez and the other staff for that day were so nice! My 2014 Sonata needed servicing. Here are some perks, not necessarily in order of importance:
1. Free doughnuts, fruit, coffee and hot chocolate to make the wait enjoyable
2. Free oil change
3. Free car wash inside and out
And they had me driving home in a timely manner!
