My husband and I had the morning off from being parents as my daughter was with my sister, so my hubby and I decided to go look at used cars. We went to 1st dealership because it's right by our house. We pulled up and here came Angela - smiling to help us. I liked her right off the bat because of her smart shoes - flats that really look comfortable. Also her Jewelry was beautiful and matched perfectly to her outfit, but did not look to expensive. The reason I say these things is that her first impression made me feel comfortable. If you are comfortable with your sales rep, you are more likely to be able to talk to them about the price you want to pay and what you really need in a car.
In the end my hubby and went back and bought another car from Angela. We loved working with her that much!

What I like about taking my car to this dealership for servicing is that they do a complete diagnostics of all the parts -- from the rating and condition of the tires, brakes, struts and shocks -- to the transmission, coolant and belts. I get a printout, so I know what needs to be done as soon as possible, to what parts I have some time before I need to do the service.

Expect more than 1k additional price when you buy a car from this dealer. They shamelessly charge unwanted accessories, which they do not include in the add. Terrible way of doing business. A popular way of deceiving customers in 80s.

I stopped by Van Nuys Nissan to look at a specific Altima that their website indicated was in inventory. I saw the Altima at the LA car show. I met the salesman, Edgar Gonzalez and he took me right to the car. He gave a very thorough overview of the car’s options and performance and did not have leave any of my questions unanswered. I had informed him that my current lease wasn’t up for 2 months and that I was in research mode. He totally respected that an politely and professionally asked me if I would be at willing to hear what they could do for me on the lease. I gave him some basic parameters. The numbers were in the ballpark but such that I could say no to. Again, without any pressure, he kindly asked if I would be willing to speak to the manager. I said ok. I spoke with Vahan Papazian and he worked the numbers that impressed me. To seal the deal, they worked it out to where they are paying for my last 2 payments on my current lease. All of the numbers seem exceptional to me (Msrp vs the discounted price, and the rebate and kicking in the last 2 payments of my current lease). I’ve gone to several dealers in the last month and none of them seemed interested in selling a car. Their price was as low as they could go but I really didn’t believe them. Vahan earned my trust and I believe he gave me the best deal he could. I feel like I got a beautiful car with almost all the options at a great price

Although gone out of business (one can easily guess why), I had to leave something in regards to my experience here. Was sold a downgraded 2013 Sentra in which the panels were removed and reapplied which gives terrible rattling during driving. Then Nissan's crappy CVT on said Sentra decides to just give out completely. Granted it just passed the 100k mile mark but the transmission has been serviced here year in and year out and never did a technician said there was an issue. 6 months into the last CVT service and done. Dealership would take 0 blame so had to take it up with corporate which were willing to cover half the costs to fix the issue. I had no choice but to accept. This poor excuse for a dealer/service center half a**ed the job and used the same fluid it had prior to breaking down. I had to take the Sentra elsewhere and have a CVT maintenance job redone after the rebuild to ensure there'd be no more issues. Literally paid half of a rebuild job (Corp funding the other half) for this poor excuse of a business to do a crappy job in which my transmission would have failed again. Definitely researching the parent company of Alhambra Nissan to ensure everyone I know stays away from them. Ken Kaiden and Ronnie Basik (especially Ronnie) shouldn't be in this business.

Terrible customer service from the Sales Manager, Diego. Did not offer a solution or any help. Since this dealership was bought, anything purchased with the old owners is not his issue!!! Once my lease is up, I will no longer purchase from this dealership again!
