Vic and the staff in the service department are great. No issues there. The truck rides great and the mileage is good (when it is running !!!) Had two turbos and intake manifolds replaced in a year along with the EGR cooler. The first time the turbo went out, another dealer had the truck for three months, replacing the turbo, intake manifold and EGR. After taking it back to them several times due to not being able to get it right, I finally took it to John Elway's. They diagnosed and finally fixed the issues. one year later, the Turbo went out again. another turbo and intake manifold replaced. I would not recommend the RAM 1500 Eco diesel. I am definitely looking for another truck. Regarding the staff at John Elway's Service Dept., as I had mentioned before, they are great!!!!

Had appointment for oil change and to check out my door that wasn't locking from 3 to 5:45 had my car service guy said they order the part itll come on Tues told them I can come back the following Friday called 2x one to see if they even did oil change the sticker on left corner wasn't replaced and when turn on car it said oil change required & to check if part came in no call back went Friday @ 8:30 to find out they didn't order part don't know it wasn't order and 1 guy said yes oil change was done they dont do stickers and just needs reset. After 12pm they gave me a list of things to be done and service guy said what I needed what can wait & he was doing my oil change REALY! SO THEY LIED IT WASNT Done. They need to look at door to see if any other part required umm didn't they do that last Friday then needed 2 parts & order by 3 so last Friday they didn't xxxx and lied to my face they order part & even if did it wouldn't had gone done cause missing other part 2 fridays wasted time and still don't have my car fixed cause supposedly this time they ordered parts

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership for service. I took my Jeep in for a warranty oil change and tire rotation. It was 12:30pm, I was told that it would be 2-3hrs max. I said it was ok and I would wait. He didn't offer a loaner car or shuttle service. After 2 hours I decided to take a walk with my special needs son that was getting restless. We were gone for about an hour. I later called for a shuttle to get picked up. When I arrived I asked if my Jeep was ready, Eduardo was like I just called you about 15mins ago, I said no you didn't. There's no message or a missed call, then he said oh I got busy! So what is it you called me or not, he was saying that was a leak in the coolant system and needed my ok to replace it and I said well if it's under warranty go ahead, so if I wouldn't have came to the front desk & asked for the status, you wouldn't have said anything and I would be waiting in the waiting room still. He assured me it would be fast. But lied to my face. After another 1.5 hr I said this was enough. I asked for the service manager. Instead of apologizing or getting on the phone to check on the eta, he just ignored me and disregarded me, sent me to the manager. Where he was given a chance to explain and he did not make any effort or wasn't even sympathetic that I've waiting for 5 hours. He has no customer service skills what so ever. I must've been the calmest client there, since I work in customer service, I know how to fix things but Eduardo really needs to be Educated, taught, he needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect & dignity. he's not a service advisor in my opinion . Even though the service manager offered a free detail I declined, I would never step on that lot again, never again. So AVOID this place, at all cost. Unless you want to an express oil change that will take 5 hours.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO I WOULD!!!! Absolutely disgusted i feel! I went in trying to get a challenger to trade in for my Lexus and went through the process of talking to this young kid who probably was new and i already knew he was gonna give me false information but i gave them the benefit of proving me wrong. We get to application part and gave them all my info all of a sudden this kid ( who did did not know what he was talking about and did not even know his own SYSTEM) tells me "is the Lexus under your name" i SURPRISED NEVER IN MY 6 months of shopping for a car was i asked this l. They apparently ran a "Soft" credit report and could not get my car to pop up on my credit! I gave them the DMV registration that says MY NAME! Even the account information for the lease and still the kid walked back and forth as if he was not knowing what he was doing or how to read the credit report! This kid says " we are all tripping out cause your credit does not show your car information, so my manager and me are tripping out" so he walked back again i even told him i have credit cards under my name the kid goes " wait u have credit cards !" I amazed at what he was saying.
So then i told him i have a twin brother that has almost the same name and the credit company got our credit messed up but it was corrected. So he walks back again and bring his " Manager" who then says " im not sure how Lexus did it but the car is not under your name and i cant pull up anything with your social security number" i said " its
Under my name, i paid the registration and heres the account number" he then proceeds and says " can i see your social security card? Do you have it?" Luckily i did have that day due to me going to Social security hours before.
He then TAKES my card without asking me first to take it. Comes back and says i cant take your social security card because it says " work permit" it has to be a real social security card" i said " what do you mean i have credit cards and an auto loan and a State issued ID that is with this social security number, why does it matter?" He says " to Jeep it does" my face after .
The so called Manager then asks do you have a co-signer i cant give you the car i need a co signer." I mentioned to the kid before my dad could co-sign. " he says can your dad co-sign is his SSN real? I was AMAZED of what is being asked of me and what i am being TOLD. He then says " listen im trying to sell you the car im not trying to make it hard on you it just this social security card we cannot accept because it says " work permit." The owners cannot accept this card. I was almost laughing at the stupidity of this so called manager. He then proceeds to pad my back and waks away leaving my talking to myself!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND I FELT LIKE I WAS DISCRIMINATED! For having a workers permit WHICH IS NONE OF HIS BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I WAS QUESTIONED ON MY RIGHT TO BE HERE IN THE US!! I almost feel like i had to tell him im NOT AN ILLEGAL YOU FOOL! the kid then Proceeds to say sorry its just the card and he cannot accept it, bring back your dad with his social. I Left laughing because i work for law enforcement and not once was my SSN question not once!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE AND PLAIN NONSENSE!!!
I HOPE THE OWNERS SEE THIS AND SEE THE KIND OF STAFF THE HAVE! To the so called manager i have every right to purchase a vehicle with my workers permit the fact that you questioned me is not not disrespectful and degrading but ALSO ILLEGAL you are not law enforcement nor work for Immigration your job is to sell cars and get long-term buyers.
