I needed a second car for commute and returned with Elena. I had just gotten my 2018 Mazda in November 2018 I was doubtful if I would even get approved for a second car Loan. Vu in finance came thru and was able to get me in a 2019 Honda Civic within 4 months of getting the 2018 Mazda and with a low interest rate regardless of my not so good credit score!! I will be back in the near future for sure!!!

I bought a car from Metro Honda today. I would definitely come back to this dealership on days Albert (the floor manager) is NOT working. Sunday our awesome salesman did a fabulous job of going over everything and giving us a great detailed overview of the car but Albert screwed up the experience. He wanted to talk about he had gone to the casino the night before and had only slept an hour rather than do his job. Albert never came back to give me my final amount. On two occasions I had to go find him to continue the process. Again, I will go back but NEVER when Albert is around.

Hardin Honda, your service is deplorable. I live within a few miles of your location, have two Hondas and will NEVER go back to your dealership again. EVER! This was one of the worst customer experiences I've had. Period.
Why bother making an appointment! I used your app to schedule my 9am appt. Your app said nothing about needing my car until 7 pm. Moreover, my appt confirmation informed me that "transportation is not required" for this appt. I'm assuming that's because it's a quick software update for my recall. I arrive on time but I'm stuck in line for more than 10 minutes before ANY service person takes my info.
When I go inside, I'm told you need my car until 7pm. Nope! Then I'm told that what I agreed to when I scheduled the appointment. NOT TRUE. The Honda app said NOTHING about that. I planned on waiting for my car (even up to 90 mins or so if I had to.) Instead, my service manager says he can get it done by 1pm.
I have no choice. So I went with that (unhappily, of course.) When I get to the cashier, I'm told it'll be at least an hour before a shuttle can take me home. No sympathy, just "four people ahead of me all going in different directions," the cashier told me. So I waited.
The ONLY pleasant surprise was they ordered me a Lyft which arrived in about 5 mins.
I get a a text from my service manager stating " . . . If you have any questions reply to this message." Cool - two-way texting! I get another text "... Just checking in to see if you have any questions or concerns . . ." I reply back to please just pick me up BEFORE my car is finished. Nothing. No response. I get another text "Great news! Your car's done!" I call my service manager and asked if he got my text. He says no. WHAT GOOD IS A TWO-WAY TEXTING FEATURE IF YOU DON'T USE IT?!
Now I'm being told it's going to be at least an hour before I can be picked up. Now I wait. I'm expecting something else to worsen my customer experience (how that's possible, I don't know but I'm sure Hardin Honda will find a way.) I'll update this review further when I finally get my car. Until then I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANY VEHICLE MAINTENANCE. Find another one even if it means traveling farther, you'll be glad you did.
Oil Change/Express Inspection - Kittygrl7
Not a dealership I would go again to get my oil change or any service. Had my car dropped off at lunch and not one honda helper let me know what needed to be done. Was standing there at least 15 min until someone spome to me and a helper direct me to another person while he sat there looking at me. Ok now when i picked up my car service was even worse. No direction, no Hi how can i help you, are you here for a pick up or drop off. Then 2 other customer were told to drop off car to have service done but needed to wait 3 hours for service to be done after they made an appointment. Really NO customer service great at all. The girl who got my car had a bad attitude and left it there running and said nothing to me and walked away. Uuugghh, made me angry. Honda helping service is not what they say.
They damaged my new car! - KMP
Not only did it take multiple days longer than promised to install the accessories I bought with my brand new car, they ended up damaging the front and back bumpers of my car and now I have to deal with body shop repairs and repainting a car with less than 500 miles on it. How sad is that? They offered to send it to their preferred body shop, but if their quality is anything like Diamond Honda's, then that scares me even more. Instead I will have to go through my insurance company to get it fixed at a body shop that I'm comfortable with. They also took the time to slap on a little mis-matched dark paint that didn't even match my car color to cover up the damage! Really unbelievable and a really disappointing way to start off with my new car.
