I thought i will be at ease knowing i got my car at the lang nissans dealership but im wrong.. im not comfortable with my car. My car feels like it woll break down anytime. To top it off. I came to them because there is noise from my altima 2012. They checked my car and charged me $150. They told me that there was something wrong in the wheel bearing. I brought my car for repair in another shop and found that the wheel bearing is good. Instead, there is something wrong in the strut, which touched the tire and caused the noise. Now I took my car back with the new struts. Everything is fine. I asked them for some refunding and they refused. It is totally cheating. I think that they did not check my car at all. If there is some problem in your car, you need try to avoid them.

I would not recommend any one to dealership .I am talking about mossy Nissan Poway.these people are nothing but liers.I bought a 2014 Nissan sentra sv.the car was a certifid car.it all starts in the sale department.I bought a service contract one week later I decide I don't want it .I went to dealer chip to cancel.they almost didn't even want to talk to .as this day they never turn in paper work now I am going to take them to court.I have called Berne the internet sales manager.I must have called him 10 times left message he never return my call.now I am going to do this the hard way.they all so sold me the car out of gas.I ask about the gas Berne did nothing about it.I made agreement with Berne to get my car tinted.I tried to call Berne to set a appointment.never happens.I never got gas for car ethier.do not ever go to mossy Nissan Poway to buy a car Berne is a lier and so is Jason the sale manager.as done as the dealer chip got the check from financial center boy they did not want to talk to me at all.what kind of dealer is this.
