This is not the old dealer concept charging ridiculous price anymore. Someone got the right idea. Cyrena was great. Answered all my questions. Will probably lease another when this lease runs out. Service is a big part of the ownership experience.

This is our third Mazda from John Hines. Michael Watkins was our salesperson all three times. That speaks for itself. This time, we turned in our previous lease a few months early, which created a vmessy financial picture, but Michael handled it so we were barely aware of the complications. He got us exactly the color and features we wanted, delivered our MX-5 with big ribbons on the hood, and patiently went over all the new features with us. He also solved some logistics problems by delivering the car to our home. We are very happy with the whole experience. And it's a great SUV.!

Is there a zero star option?? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE SKETCHY TRICKS TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF YOU! I feel sorry for anyone that buys a car from this dealer. I was smart enough to catch their tricks and lies on the spot and walk away...
I came in with a pre approved check from NavyFed and $1000.00 down payment cash. After hours of negotiating we finally worked out a deal, or at least I assumed so... and all of a sudden they tried to trick me into signing a credit check application (even after I repeatedly told them, "I am NOT running my credit, I have a check from NavyFed and $1000 down payment"). They still handed me a Credit Application and said it was "required to give them my ssn and sign a credit application in order for the dmv to approve the sale" LIES!! I'm not stupid. I laughed at them and said, "I'm not signing that, I've never in my life heard that one before!" Then they had me sitting for a very long period of time till they walked back up and said to me, "Sorry, we won't do this deal without running your credit." So I walked out. They wasted me entire night and hours on end! DO NOT LET THESE GUYS TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU OR TRICK YOU INTO BUYING SOMETHING, THEY ARE GREEDY SCAM ARTISTS AND LIARS! A very greedy dealership, would NEVER give them a second try.

My girlfriend brought her car in today to get a recall part replaced and the service guys destroyed the paint on the hood of her car. They refused to own up to it. The service manager was not in today and the General manager Chris George would not talk to me. I requested to speak to him multiple times and even asked for his card with his employees would not give to me. I would rate lower if I could. Also since she's a girl they told her that her paint was oxidized and its clearly scratched up.
