Joe has sold my family 4 different BMWs ( even converted my mom from Infiniti to BMW ) dating all the way back to 2006 when he was with BMW of Riverside. He has always been so good to us that we followed him to BMW of Murrieta when he relocated. He brings a much needed personal touch to the car buying experience, and I can’t imagine using anyone else. Eduardo Murillo assisted me when I bought my Rogue yesterday. He was attentive, not pushy. He asked questions, listened to the answers and showed me how the car would work for me. I’m a short woman and he demonstrated how the seat functions worked to make me feel comfortable in a bigger car. He took his time, we shared baby pictures. I never felt pressured, just informed. I waited almost an hour to hear that their Uber was down and then they said they were sending me a driver and they never showed up and no one called me to tell me. I had to have my boss drive me over to pick up my car and was very upset. Not cool!!!!!!

Everyone in the service department are very friendly and helpful. I picked up my car today and I was still unsure how to use the sunroof controller. A very nice young man (blonde hair) saw that I looked a bit confused and approached me if I needed help. I explained my situation to him and another employee walked over with water and joined in the conversation. Both took the time to show me how to open the sunroof and made sure I felt confident on how to open the sunroof. I was really appreciative, especially since Customer Service now a days isn't what it use to be, it's nice to be treated with respect, and truly want to help. Thank you.

Hello to all. First I must say a few facts that make up this review. 1) I have excellent credit so there were no bumps to overcome. 2) the car I wanted was on CarGurus and was easy to review and on arrival it matched expectations. 3) I called ahead and spoke to Wally and he was waiting for us.
What went right.. Wally was polite and prompt. 2) he was low key and not very high pressure. (He didn't need to) 3) once my wife said yes to the car, Scott, even though the car was already below book, threw me a bone on the price.Not Much but more of a deal courtesy. 4) no BS... There was what seemed a very open policy on the information being provided... Re cost banks interest rates etc. Bottom line, Wally and Scott were perfect professionals. The deal went smoothly and my wife drove off happy. Advice to buyers. This dealer is a hidden gem.. They need your business and work hard for it... Given them a try! See Wally for sure.

Michael apologized and salvaged the deal before I walked away, I really appreciated his efforts. I’m very pleased with the deal but that manager should stay away from paying customers.
