Bailey was a great salesperson but special thanks to Peter Brecht, the Sales Manager, who made a fantastic deal possible with my trade in vehicle. I’ve been buying BMW’s from this dealership since 1991 and will continue doing so.

Meghan was great with all her work. I feel she deserves a ten. The finance department was great. The car I bought was a great deal.

Purchased a 2015 m235i.i knew had no warranty but car should have been inspected beforehand..2 days later smelled oil burning..it was the head gasket..cost 2000.i brought car back to check rear tires.said was ok. Brought to a tire shop and they showed me down to markers so now I need to buy tires...I put on less than 1000 miles..there pre inspection doesn't seem to be proper..this is something u would expect from back alley used car dealer not happy and would never recommend this dealer

READ ALL THE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP FULL OF LOW-LIFE SCAMMERS AND STAY AWAY! We have been buying and leasing our cars from Irvine BMW for over 10 years but needed to work with the Encinitas location since they were the only somewhat local dealership that had the specs we wanted in an X7. After 2 days of negotiating over the phone, we came into this dealership ready to purchase. It was so awkward from the moment we arrived. There was no reception area or anyone to talk to in sight so we sent a text to the sales associate we had been working with. He eventually came out to meet us and briefly introduced himself to my husband and didn't even acknowledge me even though he and I had been conversing over the last couple of days. Then he immediately asks my husband to sign off on pricing before even asking if we wanted to see the car. xxx? This was pretty much how the whole situation unfolded. The whole time it seemed we were a bother to them and they were doing us a favor. F-THAT... we walked away and we are happy to go back to a proper dealership like Irvine BMW where everyone is respectful, courteous, and professional.
Based on the horrible reviews I've read about this dealership, these snakes were trying to screw us over with a deal that was too good to be true. We just dodged a bullet!
