Requested a simple 39-month lease quote from one of their Internet Sales Reps (Mark LaVally) who told me they were "working on it" and would be sending it over "soon." However, they never followed up, provided any information despite numerous attempts to resolve. Their General Manager, Cyrus Khalooghli, states in their never-ending marketing emails that "Our goal at Allen Cadillac is to treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern."
Really? Because not only did his Internet Sales Rep lie to me about sending the Lease quote over, when I advised Mr. Khalooghli about it there was no response either. So, please be advised that despite a TON of constant marketing messaging that the "customer is our paramount concern" my experience was quite to the contrary - very unprofessional, discourteous and poorly done.

I bought a vehicle at north county Buick gmc with the help of the internet sales team.
They were able to locate a particular configuration and color I wanted at a great price! Unfortunately, it was at another dealership. Do your homework ($11k off msrp without all the applicable rebates!). The paperwork and finance department was a smooth process.
1 week passed and no vehicle. Then I was notified that the vehicle was sold to someone else!

All this and I never even seen the vehicle!

Incompetent thiefs - Mikemadman
Drove 20 miles up and over the toll road 241 to get my Buick Enclave recalls taken care of at Tustin Buick, GMC. It took several phone calls and almost a week to get the recall work done. They then tell me I need over $4000 in repairs (new axle, brakes, catalytic converter) but since they have the engine out already for the warranty work I need to get this all done now or it will cost twice as much since they would have to pull the engine out again.
I told him no thanks, I will get it fixed somewhere else, please put the engine back. I then get a call a few hours later saying they put the engine back but noticed sludge inside the engine and I need a new engine for $7000. I said no thank you and they said the head mechanic says I should not even drive my car home it's not safe. I ask if the car is worse now then when I dropped it off, because it drove fine before I dropped it off. He said "no it should be better we replaced your transmission for you for free.". As soon as I got on the freeway my car started beeping and the check engine light came on and oil light came on and the dash said "low engine pressure, turn off engine". My wife and kids were in the car with me and I had to stop on the side of the freeway and wait 10 minutes at least 5 times before I was able to make it home.
I am no mechanic by any means, but once I got home I opened the hood and noticed a hose connecting the air intake to my engine was unplugged and hanging there. I plugged the hose back in and checked my oil level and it was at the correct level and completely clean. I watched a few YouTube videos, bought a new oil pressure sensor and now my car runs fine.
At the very best Tustin Buick are completely incompetent and accidently did not plug the air flow hose back in when taking my engine out and mistakenly diagnosed a faulty oil pressure sensor for the need fora new engine.
Probably (and most likely) they intentionally unplugged the hose out of spite for not agreeing to have unnecessary overpriced work done and knew all along I needed only a new oil pressure sensor but tried to milk a new engine out of me. The most troubling part is the mechanic watched me put my family into my car knowing I would be getting on the freeway and almost certainly breaking down on my way home.
This dealership's greed and/or incompetence put my family and me at risk, had me without a car for two weeks, made me spend several hours of my own time researching and repairing what they broke or failed to fix. All in all it has left me angry and confused. I find it very hard to believe a "respectable" established company would intentionally sabotage someone's vehicle but I really cannot come up with any other explanation. If my assumptions are correct this business poses a serious safety risk for everyone.
I have never posted a review or complained about a company online before but the actions of Tustin Buick are so alarming that I feel it's my civic duty to warn everyone about these people. So I apologize if you already read this post somewhere else as I am going to post this on every social media and review site that will allow me.

I live in Colorado Springs and had been looking all over the country for a great Honda Crosstour at a great price. Steve Long was great to work with, and an honest salesman. I bought this vehicle sight unseen and went solely off of the information Steve provided and pictures on their website. This is the CLEANEST, 1-owner, Crosstour I found anywhere in the US at an incredible price! I flew to San Diego one-way, Steve picked me up from the airport, completed all the paperwork, and was on the road driving back to Colorado in under around an hour (actually, I went to the beach for a couple hours first). All combined, the cost of the vehicle, one way flight, one night hotel (drive home), and gas back to CO all added up to far less than comparable Crosstour's with the miles and year I'd looked at.

My husband and I went to Greiner looking for a enclave , we had a 2017 4 runner to trade in , first of all the lady who help us Stephanie Russ) regretful to work with her , she was always in a hurry , even eaten during the deal , she brought the contract documents on to a little square customer waiting room to sign the papers in that office , when we supposed to sign in an office where they explain to you step by step, she not even took her time to explain everything on the new car apps.
and if that was not enough when she call to verify the 4 runner due she dint get the right amount and she just pay what the person on the other line told her , instead of check on line to be sure of the total due amount ( which is the right way to do it ) , now I get stuck with almost $ 2,000.00 that I have to pay out of my pocket , I call many times to toyota financial and they explained to me over and over again that it is Greiner responsibility to pay that amount , after bI call and talk to greiner financial, they insist that Im the responsable on that balance due amount ....I deeply regret stop by this place , I will do whatever is necessary to keep friends and family away from this Greiner Buick GMC dealer so they dont have to go with same nightmare I went trough

We purchased a vehicle ONE month ago from Riverton Chevrolet in Sandy, Utah and drove it to California. The car broke down the day we got there. I took it to Coachella Valley GMC in Indio California and was told it needed $3000 in repairs. I contacted Riverton Chevrolet in Utah because I felt they were an honest company that would sell me a reliable car that would last far more than a month and would back up their sale. I spoke with 2 different people in Utah- Logan Page and Steve Carter. Both of them told me there was nothing they were willing to do to help with the cost. When we asked for the corporate number to discuss the matter we were told they don't have a number for that! The dealership in California- Coachella Valley GMC was the complete opposite. There, I spoke with Raymond Gamboa- service advisor. He went above and beyond to help us out. He contacted the GM corporation and was able to lower the price of service (and gave us the number if we needed to contact them in the future), he found other repairs that the Utah dealer should have caught before selling us the car. He simply showed that he was sorry for the situation we were in and made us feel like he truly cared about us. We also met Ed Chavez- owner of Coachella Valley GMC. We had paid for the repairs and were headed back to Utah and he still wanted Raymond to look further into our car to see if anything more could be done to help with our cost. Our next car- I would drive the 800 miles from Utah to buy from this great dealer.

I had to have the wheel speed sensor replaced as well as a few preventative maintenance services done at a total cost of almost $1000 with some discounts. However, I was high pressured in having the brakes replaced. I took my vehicle for a second opinion and I still have brake life left. The minimum thickness for the brake rotor was 1.230 for this vehicle, especially when cutting the metal to resurface the brakes. However, the actual thickness was 1.255. So, I still drive safely until anything changes in braking.
On the paperwork, the technician noted that I needed to have the air filter changed soon. However, I just replaced it a day before and I don't understand why I need replace it that soon.
Because of the high labor costs along with the high-pressure selling of the brakes as well as the air filter incorrect condition, I have doubts about the shop.
Although the service advisor seemed like a nice person, however that was my first visit to that shop and it could be my last with the troubles I had experienced.
Dishonest charging for service repairs - bkcorfman
Always took our vehicle to Desert Auto for regular service that we purchased new at Desert Auto. First Problems with AC coil leaking in dashboard. Desert Auto could not find the leak and just recharged the AC system under the 36,000 mile warranty. Then after the 36,000 mile warranty returned vehicle with same problem, Desert Auto found the leak no longer covered under the 36,000 mile warranty. Thankfully the extended warranty covered the repair with no deductible. At approx. 50,000 miles the check engine light came on. Took vehicle to Desert Auto who ran tests showing engine misfired, and determined that coolant was in the engine oil and quickly gave us a loaner vehicle thinking we would be without a vehicle for a while. Couple days later Desert Auto called to say it was condensation in the engine oil, not coolant and the problem was carbon build up in the engine that caused the misfire “check engine light”.
They went on to say that the intake manifold was removed and the total repair cost would be over $500 to clean the carbon build up and work.
I argued with the Service manager that they had misdiagnosed the problem from the beginning, the intake manifold should never had been removed if the problem was condensation and carbon build up. Long story short the Service Manager agreed to charge only $250 and no car rental fee. My wife and I reluctantly paid the charge.
Our last issue was the blower motor for the AC worked intermittently, Desert Auto could not diagnose this without it happening when we took the vehicle in. So we had to return the vehicle when the problem occured again. Desert Auto completed the repair quickly the same day and told us they would forgive the $300 charge since we were unhappy the last time we had our vehicle repaired, since our extended warranty had expired. I had to take our paperwork to their office to correct the problem with the expiration date that was 7 months later than what Desert Auto told us.
