When I bought the car, I saw a scratch the following day. I called them and they took care of it with no problem. The process was quick, I believe it was 2 days. They repainted the whole bumper. They did a really great job. Very happy with how the car looks.
Cancelled a contract 12 days after signing - Tycoon
Dealer couldn't find financing but failed to notify me till 12 days after. Sales manager was really rude acting like a cave man no manners and lying about sending certified letter about contract cancellation which 5 days later I still haven't recieved anything, well since they failed to notify me within 10 days the contract signed by law is final but they still went ahead and took the car ignoring the contract we signed. Horrible business ethics and can't even communicate properly.

I would not recommend any one to dealership .I am talking about mossy Nissan Poway.these people are nothing but liers.I bought a 2014 Nissan sentra sv.the car was a certifid car.it all starts in the sale department.I bought a service contract one week later I decide I don't want it .I went to dealer chip to cancel.they almost didn't even want to talk to .as this day they never turn in paper work now I am going to take them to court.I have called Berne the internet sales manager.I must have called him 10 times left message he never return my call.now I am going to do this the hard way.they all so sold me the car out of gas.I ask about the gas Berne did nothing about it.I made agreement with Berne to get my car tinted.I tried to call Berne to set a appointment.never happens.I never got gas for car ethier.do not ever go to mossy Nissan Poway to buy a car Berne is a lier and so is Jason the sale manager.as done as the dealer chip got the check from financial center boy they did not want to talk to me at all.what kind of dealer is this.

Well, I purchased an extra key for my 2016 Leaf and had to go there to have it programmed. I called 714)500-6000 for an appointment and was told I did not need one, just show up before closing time. The closing time for Mon was 6 pm, I was there at 4:15 pm and there was only one guy at the counter helping another customer and about 03 waiting in line, including me. After 15 min, Daisy Madrigal came out, assisted another gentleman with his car then walked to the back office, now I was the next in line. When Daisy came back after about 10 min, I came up to her and asked "Can you help me", she looked at me and responded "You want me to help you?". Seriously, did she think I just did not have any thing to do, showed up at Surf Nissan, stood around and did nothing? And during the waiting period, not one customer service acknowledge that I was standing there, not even "Hi, we will be right with you"? What kind of customer service is that? Then I had to explain to Daisy why I was there to have my key programmed. Get this, the waiting time is an hour for the programming, because they only had 02 technicians on site at 4:30pm, but the closing time was 6pm and there were few others who came after me. Poor planning, poor customer service, and the manager just sat in his office, casually looked out, but did not express any concern or greeting customers who had been waiting for their turn to be served. On top of that, after waiting in the lounge for my key to be programmed, Daisy came up and asked me ' The tech wanted to know why do you want a second key while your first key is till working?" What kind of question was that? I wanted to have 2nd key so I purchased it. How I use it is my business. For sure, I did not just want to give away my money for a very lousy service.
I had had bad experience with the sales department, that why I bought my Leaf at Stadium Nissan. For the key, I thought any dealer could handle it easily. After paying for over $300, I must write this review so all consumers out there should think about twice before you want to have any thing to do with SURF NISSAN in Huntington Beach. SADLY, their employees attitude and goal are not serving customers.

Worst customer service from CHRIS CERVANTES the service technician who was very rude the entire process. Failed to explain any part of the big service job rendered and left my car with mutiple NEW scratches that occurred while in the dealerships' possession. Failed to call me back in a timely fashion. I will NEVER go back and or reccommend them if my life depended on it!!
Incompetent, rude, and dishonest service representative - Ricardo Lopez
This is regarding a visit on 4/30/18 with Nissan's Jesus Suarez Sanz, which was the most disappointing service appointment we have had at Mossy Nissan Escondido, and at any car dealer for that matter. We have had all of our scheduled maintenance done at Mossy Nissan Escondido. My earlier visit with Javier Perez was outstanding. He helped us have our 30,000 mile service and have a wheel bearing replacement. He was absolutely professional, communicated every step of the process clearly, gave us timelines as to what we could expect to be done and by when, and he knowledgeably answered every question we had.
However, this visit with Jesus Suarez Sanz could not have more starkly contrasted with every other visit we've had at Mossy Nissan Escondido. He was curt, unprofessional, and rude with my mother, which is egregious in and of itself, and he was also negligent in getting our 35,000 mile service done and failed to meet the most basic of his responsibilities. In the receipt/write-up he gave to us, he wrote, "COULD NOT ROTATE DUE TO MISSING AFTERMARKET WHEEL LOCK KEY." This is blatantly dishonest on two fronts: the wheel locks are made by Nissan and were installed by Nissan. Second, the wheel lock key was in the glove compartment. I have owned five different vehicles with wheel locks, always had them serviced at dealerships, always kept the wheel lock keys in the glove compartments, and never had such apathy or incompetence on part of a service agent. Rather than simply ask where the wheel locks were, he behaved as if he were being inconvenienced by my mother and he cast this entire business in a poor light. Furthermore, when asked if he would stamp her service log, he not only did so with an attitude, but he also checked off that the wheel rotation had been done, when it was not. Yet another instance of his dishonesty.
What is even more disappointing is that my mother took time away from work for this service visit, and the service was not even completed. This was a waste of her time, and now for her to get the service completed as it was supposed to be, she has to have even more of her time wasted thanks to Jesus Suarez Sanz.
I owe it to fellow Nissan customers or potential customers to share this experience on every online review platform so that guests know to avoid Jesus Suarez Sanz. Again, every other experience we have had at Nissan has been more than satisfactory.
I tried giving Nissan a chance to fix this. I emailed them and called, leaving detailed accounts of this incident. On 5/1/18, I spoke with Miguel, who identified himself as an assistant who would communicate my experience with a manager. I never heard from Nissan in response to either my calls or email.
I got my 370Z!!!! - envisous
If i could say anything bad about these guys, nothing would even come to mind. They blessed me with an amazing car. I traded in an Infiniti, which I still owed some money on to the finance company, and not only did they pay it off, they hooked me up with the most amazing ride!
It took some time, 3 days, but we got it done. First day, just getting the initial financing and agreements together. Also I had to wait for the car to come from another dealership.
Day 2, the car is pulled right in the front, all nice and washed, and I was nothing but nervous the entire time. The night before I only signed some pre-financing stuff, like check holds for my down payment, I was just so scared that they couldn't get me financed with the same terms as the night before. Because the system was down and I had to do some non-traditional financing, everything I signed was through a pen pad. But after it hitting almost 11:30pm, the computers were down to do it, but i got to drive the car home that night.
Day 3, I had to do the pen pad system. Now mind you, I had to fight through evening rush hour from downtown L.A to Duarte, all 3 days in a row. So I was tired from work, stressed from buying the car and the financing, and I wasn't eating, so I was ultra cranky. I waited about 2 hours to finally go sign the final paperwork. We had to make sure everything went into the computer the right way so there would be no issues. After 30 minutes of working out all the kinks, the car was mine!
Now i wasn't too happy that I was called a week later,freaking me out in the process like my financing didn't go through, but it was to sign the ACH form for the second defered downpayment check. i guess you have to sign the form for each check you give them, not just one for the both of them.
