Great service overall. Customer Service @ it’s best. I needed work done on my 2019 suburban which was going to take more than 7 hours took the shuttle service to the mall. Everyone was so helpful and nice. One thing the dealership might want to invest in for customers waiting for their vehicle is completely coffee. Every car I have owned I get my oil change @ the dealer and every other dealer has completely Starbucks coffee machine. that would be nice.

I wish they would've kept the ownership the same. We Met Josh Isbell, the owner's son and he told us that he would help us out and take care of us we went on a test ride of the vehicle and he was very egotistical. Since he was young we Looked over that trait. We went back today to finish up the deal, he was working at the dealership, we were there for over three hours, and he never came over once to help. The service we received was awful. This would've been the second time I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. Sad to say I will never go back there. They should've stayed in Simi Valley. There is no place in the desert for service such as this.

Let me start by saying I’ve been coming to this dealer since I was in high school for parts. My first car was a 68 camaro and the best project ever growing up. Rotolo always had oem parts or could have it faster than anyone else. Since then I’ve attended their car shows with it. I’ve purchased a truck through them. Great salesman Chevy Evy!! So many good experiences until I had to leave my truck there for a cv axle leaking oil at only 20k miles. They changed the seal and I had my truck back next day. A couple months went by and then my suspension came apart on the freeway. I went across all lanes and then back over off the freeway into the dirt. I was safe and no damage to the truck. The nut on the ball joint had warped loose, because it was NOT “torqued to specs” from the assembly after they replaced the seal. I had it towed back to the dealer on a windy day and the service writers wouldn’t even come outside to assess it and know what I would need for a loaner vehicle. Also this is my work truck that I rely on. The service writer said he doesn’t know if it will be covered because I “may have just hit a curb” I was beyond upset! Anyway, the manager Ron took over and finally came outside to assess the truck and see what I needed for a loaner work truck. That’s when everything went from bad to absolutely horrific. I brought my truck in scratch free and meticulously maintained by myself and only myself ever since I left the dealer. I get a call that my truck was hit on the fender, so I went in immediately to find my fender damaged and greasy hand prints all over the truck. I look underneath and everything is still broken and apart. Gets even better, the parts were never ordered after over a week had went by. I was promised my truck to be kept inside and safe in their hands with the best care, to not worry. Now I have a truck less than a year old with a replacement fender and paint job. Most important, I bought a brand new work truck for safety and reliability. Which was compromised, due to incompetent mechanics not torquing one nut and risking my life among many others traveling at the time it happened. I will never ever go there again, I have lost all faith and trust in this dealership. Disappointment is an understatement. Thank you Rotolo and all workers involved for this horrific experience. You have proven to show NO pride in your work. You are the exact reason I don’t let people maintenance, wash or work on my vehicles. I am truly glad you made it right, but is not justified. Rotolo WAS great, but times have changed.

Had a check engine light come on regarding my exhaust particulate filter on my way home from the airport didn't want to drive my truck up the hill to big bear where I live with the check engine light on . Called Daniel from Tom Bell Chevrolet service dept without any kind of notice at all he said come on in we will get your truck checked out I pulled in they had it fixed in a few hours not to mention washed my truck and bada bing back on the road I went happy ending with Tom bell Chevrolets service dept and Daniel.

I've got to say, these guys have been very impressive with their service! Brought my vehicle here after an accident to get the front fender repaired, and immediately was greeted by an estimator, Andrew Layus. He took a few days to fully inspect my vehicle and gave me a call there after wth their findings, as well as sending me confirmation email on the issues. After my insurance company inspected the vehicle as well, they noted that there was nothing missed and how important it was that internal damages were caught instead of ignoring them and working only on external repairs(turned out after hitting a really deep pothole, more than my fender was broken: the suspension was shot and I cracked my rim) . After all had been said and done, I'm left glad I came here with their genuine service and affordable costs. Andrew even gave me a few courtesy calls weeks following to ensure the vehicle was running properly as well as gave advice on maintaining my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone!

I bought my car on 1/10/19. Since I’ve had it’s been in and out of the service department. I wanted to buy a new car so I wouldn’t have any problems. I called Robert in the service department on 3/28/19 about the recent engine light turning on and he said he will call me back. Still no call back 4/1/19. At this point I’m pissed. If you guys would take non certified mechanics I would love to work there and rip people off like you guys at Rancho do. I’m tired of dropping my car off and picking it up a couple days later, and paying $130 each visit for you to do NOTHIING! Either figure it out or I’ll figure it out for you.

I was at this dealer on 9/12/18. I originally came to look at a 2013 Silverado 1500 price at just over 23,000. When I arrived I was told it was sold. So I found 2015 Silverado 1500 with the window price of 22981. We went to work a deal. I was pre approved for financing to 25000. I was trading a Jeep in with some negative equity. I was told by Andy and sells manager I couldn't get it for what I was approved for but to come up to 29000 and we would have a deal. So I left empty handed and drove 1.5 hours back home. I then got my approval up to 30000. Went back on Friday 9/14/18 and went in to do deal on same 2015 Silverado with same window price of 22981 in window. I was told that their online price was 25740 so that's what I had to pay. I said will your window says 22981 that's what I am legally entitled to. They said well I don't think we can do that. I said i was told Wednesday that if I was approved for 30000 I would have a deal so I drove another 1.5 hours to come and make the deal and they refused to work with me. They refused to unless I would go thru their approval process and have my credit ran again even though I was already approved and ready to fund the 30000. They then said ok we will work things out and call you in the morning and deliver the truck to you. I got a call the next morning from Magik and he said we won't take your financing but bring us a check for 33500 and we have a deal. So they want me to pay another 3500 more then what we agreed upon before and wouldn't use the financing I was approved for. So needless to say I won't be working with them. I will take my business elsewhere. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM.
