Dario is a awesome sales guy!! I highly recommend him if you are looking for a new or used car. I live over 6 hours north of Spreen mazda and they were very accommodating to me being so far away. They overnighted me all the sales contracts needed to close the deal, sent detailed videos of the car i was buying and even picked me up from the airport when i came down to pick my new car up. i wish more dealerships had sale associates like Dario because he made my car purchase as smooth as possible. My service appointment was met with friendly greeting. I was given the approximate time my car would be ready and the time was met. When finished being worked on I received a very interesting text video with the worker going over each section with what was done. Fantastic. Later I had to return for a quick adjustment taking just a few minutes. All told a very satisfying experience. npr

I sent them a check and they mailed me a flawless brand new car for the best price I could find in the USA even after a shipping fee to Boise Idaho. People: Lavel Darty is a professional. Service made easy. I have had credit problems due covid and a recent family tragedy, we lost my sons father. Moe, Alex and so many others were there to help us and make us comfortable. When we got the car home, it has some bad shaking in the front end when you applied the brakes. We took it in to see if we could do anything about it knowing well that my warranty didnt cover brakes or rotors. Alex kindly greeted us and took the car to be serviced. When the repair was done we asked what we were looking at as far as the price went. I was so suprised to hear that they had cover not even half but THE WHOLE BILL, and even took the time to fix a couple power module recalls and give the car a whole bath! Thank you to everyone at dodge for treating us like family in these hard times, it is appreciated more than you can ever understand. God Bless!
