Well they keep telling me they send buy out check on old trade in .but brandy said she send check.liar liar liar i got car in 3/2/18 .and they still havent send check .plus my old finance company said for the xxxxx brandy to call them well she said when she feels like it she do it oh really now.when you feel like it.wow call that good service they suck i even complane to the owner nothing

This review is my opinion based upon my horrible personal experience with this dealership. The service technicians tried to oversell me and then over charged me for the routine maintenance service. Initially they denied the over charge but when I challenged the fees they backed down and gave me a $75 credit. I waited over 2 hours for the service to be done. Finally I requested they get my car so I could leave. Trust, integrity and customer service is lacking at this location. Kia Temecula is awesome!!!!
Service department ripped off my daughter - Upset father
First charged her 320.00 for window motor but it still didn't work after they installed Then said it needed passenger switch,driver switch and regulator for another 300.00. We picked up car and old parts. I tested motor and it worked perfectly. Service manager very rude and lied to me and said it common for all parts to go out at same time and when I tested motor it takes 5volts. I called 3 other Kia dealerships and they said that would be rare and the motor takes 12volts. Tried to get ahold of owner Mark Aiken but he refuses to call me back. The owner and the service manager are brothers.
