Advertised price not the real price - SAMF
Posted price on-line, verified verbally and then by email that the listed price was the entire price and any additional charges for options or warranties would only apply if approved by me. Then added over $1000 for "Dealer Installed Options" that they claimed had already been installed. When we argued we were told to read the fine print in the ad that those options are above the posted price. When we suggested they refer to the phone call in which they verified that the advertised price was our cost, and read the salesman's email to the same effect., a sales manager finally offered to "take off" the dealer options. By then we wouldn't have purchased from them at any price.

Well i had a engine lighte go on a 2018 kia forte i bought from crapy kia .man they said i would have to come in on 29 of aug just for engine lighte .and that i would wait all day just for engine light .joush.the service guy really .well if they dont fix it by 12 noon iam out of ther xxxx em.not even the owner cares.i try to talk to him jerk

This review is my opinion based upon my horrible personal experience with this dealership. The service technicians tried to oversell me and then over charged me for the routine maintenance service. Initially they denied the over charge but when I challenged the fees they backed down and gave me a $75 credit. I waited over 2 hours for the service to be done. Finally I requested they get my car so I could leave. Trust, integrity and customer service is lacking at this location. Kia Temecula is awesome!!!!

we were at this dealership because the cover on the antenna flew off our 2016 Kia optima were told they had to request ok from Kia to fix we never heard so called today first we were told no record of our request then got call back, Kia declined we would have to pay $200.00 Spoke to another Kia dealer just by our vin number were told part was recalled and they will replace for free.You either are uninformed or had no desire to help us I will neve refer anyone to you or use your service
