I can’t say enough great things about working with Joe Garcia! If you are looking for an excellent salesman who really takes into account your happiness and satisfaction, definitely set up an appointment with him! Joe has sold my family 4 different BMWs ( even converted my mom from Infiniti to BMW ) dating all the way back to 2006 when he was with BMW of Riverside. He has always been so good to us that we followed him to BMW of Murrieta when he relocated. He brings a much needed personal touch to the car buying experience, and I can’t imagine using anyone else. Everyone in the service department are very friendly and helpful. I picked up my car today and I was still unsure how to use the sunroof controller. A very nice young man (blonde hair) saw that I looked a bit confused and approached me if I needed help. I explained my situation to him and another employee walked over with water and joined in the conversation. Both took the time to show me how to open the sunroof and made sure I felt confident on how to open the sunroof. I was really appreciative, especially since Customer Service now a days isn't what it use to be, it's nice to be treated with respect, and truly want to help. Thank you.

I wish I could give 100 stars to this dealership. They are hands down THE best, kindest, most wonderful dealership I have ever associated with in my entire life. To have me be able to get low payments with only $200 down on a 10 year old used car, they took a big amount of the price of this used car (over $2000 off the selling price) so they could have me be able to afford it. They are a dealership that is not heartless and greedy like most other dealerships. They care about people more than they do money. I will from now on come back to this dealership for my future car purchases and will be telling everyone I know to come here. I am so thankful and blessed to have worked with this dealership. Walked in to Walters on Saturday 11/25 to purchase my leased 2015 GLK 2015. Robert connected with my husband and I super professional and presented a well Benz representative. I wanted to say he did not even to pressure us to trade our car with another one because that what we did not want to do. Everyone is afraid of going to dealers and getting pressured but Robert He absolutely did an a WOW job and went above and beyond. I just want to say. that Walters and even Mercedes Benz should be HONORD and proud to have an employee such as Robert working for them. We just met this guy for like 3 hours and he made us his client that we want to come back for sure. That what a sales representative looks like. He deserve a recognition.

I have mixed feelings on my experience buying a car here. It didn’t start well when I went to purchase my Honda Pilotonly to find out that the price listed was a mistake - and that they were increasing it $2k. Fine, I’ll do my best to trust that it was just an error and not them being shady as soon as I showed interest. Then it was the constant back and forth of bad information- to which I’ll assume was again just innocent human error. So, I get to the dealership to buy the car and the representatives are very nice and helpful- no complaints there. I do a thorough go through of the vehicle notating some minor damages - which, for the price are acceptable - but notice that it’s pretty dirty. I mean, they knew I came to buy the car and while I can see the exterior had been washed the inside had basically only been vacuumed. I would have expected the car to be detailed and shampooed in the least from a reputable dealership. I can absolutely without a doubt tell you that it was not - and this is how I know. When I decided to shampoo it myself (the morning after purchasing) I started to move the seats and found old dried vomit under the seat. Like a pretty generous amount - NOT easy to miss! I’m a mom of two. I know vomit well. Cleaning your own kids vomit is pretty awful, cleaning another person’s old dried stinky vomit is a new experience. So anyway, I stuck it up and detail the car myself. The carpet cleaner water was BLACK. It was soooo filthy. But it’s done and I’m loving my car. So you decide what you’re willing to put up with for a good deal.

I found a Tacoma at MVP Dealership in Moreno Valley and contacted them about it. Every day for 4 days they put me off saying that they couldn’t give me a price until it was inspected. I called and texted Johnny countless times and he seemed like he was putting me off. I am a cash buyer. I spoke with the manager Unsford I think was his last name ( a total liar) just minutes after it came out of their inspection shop they finally told me a price. I agreed to the price and asked how they wanted me to wire the money or pay a deposit or what? Then about 20 min later they said the had another person coming to look at it. This is after they agreed to sell it to me. A little wile later they texted me that it was sold. They are a bunch of Liars that work there. Avoid this place at all cost. If their mouths are moving just assume that they are lying. Oh, and don’t believe it if they say they tried to call and work something. Believe me they didn’t. Good luck if you go there. Dave
