I went into Porsche Riverside for a routine service and just happened to see an Acura NSX. My sales rep Sherman Sims offered me a test drive and immediately fell in love with it. I purchased a 911 GTS about 4 months ago and was afraid i wouldn’t be able to get into the NSX. Sherman and Ed Finley went to work and made it happened for me. Sherman personally delivered my NSX to my house and picked up my GTS. Jeremy Bishop called me and went over some extra coverages and explained each coverage in detail without being pushy and ended up adding few extra coverages for my NSX. This is my 2nd vehicle from Porsche Riverside and will definitely come back for my next dream car. The entire sale & finance team is professional and made my purchase experience extremely pleasant. The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Don’t get your car serviced here - Supton
First off mom was really nice, but I got my car serviced here a year ago took almost a month to get it back and the same part that was fixed is now broken again. Also found screws missing and the turbo wasn’t put back properly. Whoever is in charge clearly does sloppy work and is not trustworthy. Do not get your car serviced here. They will charge you an insane amount for labor and do a horrible job. Currently looking into a different mechanic because this dealership couldn’t do the job.

Horrible place to go and get a car. We had to take back the car after 9 days because they couldn't keep their offer and get it financed. When we got the car it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas and they didnt want to fill it up for more than $30000 you'd think they would at least give you that. They will try to keep going back and forth like they are trying to get you a good deal but they won't. Also they will keep bugging you calling everyday to make sure you post up a good review. Good thing we didn't.

Everyone is afraid of going to dealers and getting pressured but Robert He absolutely did an a WOW job and went above and beyond. By Jan 19 2018 I still had not received the plates and title, despite calling them and visiting them to check the status. I always told, "next week". The last time (on 1/4/18), Pedro told me, "Thursday (that would be Thu 1/11/18) for sure - our registration service has been on vacation." How much vacation do they get, for heaven's sake?
I went to the DMV on Jan 19 to see if the paperwork had even been started. It hadn't. I then went to the dealer, and they (Danielle) told me that it was with their registration service, and the person there was out until 2:00pm, and that she would call me. They have never called in the past, and they have not done the service that they charged me for. All they do is lie and try to fluff you off. Do yourselves a favor and buy your vehicle somewhere else.
Update: On Friday Jan 19, 2018, I posted this and other reviews. The DMV had told me no registration had been started. On Tuesday Jan 23 I got a call from OnQ that they had my plates and everything was done. I went to get the plates and registration. They had registered themselves as lien holders even though I had paid for the truck in full and nothing was owing. So, they still have not given me title, and have filed a lien illegally.
Update 1/30/18: I got a call from the DMV regarding my complaint of OnQ. The Investigating Agent confirmed that the lien should not have been placed on the title. She has instructed them to provide me with a signed-off title and to reimburse me for transfer fees to get a clear title. She also told me that they have had to deal with several prior complaints about this dealership.
Be warned. This dealer has a history of sketchy practices. Stay well away from OnQ Auto Group.

Be careful. They try to sell you all kinds of additional things that are not even on the car. The car I checked out was not thru PDI yet and they wanted to charge for a lojack for 700. Also the discount is off since they give you a discount off the msrp but then they ad the delivery back in, Not sure that is even legal considering delivery is part of the MSRP!

I found a Tacoma at MVP Dealership in Moreno Valley and contacted them about it. Every day for 4 days they put me off saying that they couldn’t give me a price until it was inspected. I called and texted Johnny countless times and he seemed like he was putting me off. I am a cash buyer. I spoke with the manager Unsford I think was his last name ( a total liar) just minutes after it came out of their inspection shop they finally told me a price. I agreed to the price and asked how they wanted me to wire the money or pay a deposit or what? Then about 20 min later they said the had another person coming to look at it. This is after they agreed to sell it to me. A little wile later they texted me that it was sold. They are a bunch of Liars that work there. Avoid this place at all cost. If their mouths are moving just assume that they are lying. Oh, and don’t believe it if they say they tried to call and work something. Believe me they didn’t. Good luck if you go there. Dave
BUYER BEWARE! SHADY, RUDE, DISHONEST! - Jim
These guys are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional, ESPECIALLY BEN! I paid $44,000 CASH for a 2015 Ford Transit, which included registration fees with the DMV. Before I completed the transaction, I asked Ben TWICE if the van had been smogged. He assured me that it had. Two weeks later, I get a letter saying that they're having trouble completing the registration because they actually had NOT smogged it, which was their responsibility by California LAW! They told me they'd pay me $50 to go get it smogged myself.
One small problem, the van needed the battery replaced, which wiped out all the smog test parameters in the ECU, so it wasn't even capable of passing a smog test until I wasted time and gas driving it around 200 miles just to get the computer reset so it would pass a smog test. They were unwilling to pay me anything for all my time, inconvenience, and gas to do the job they were required to do BY LAW before they even sold it to me.
I finally was able to get the smog test done for them... which I shouldn't have had to do. The smog test cost me $58.00 Ben wanted me to mail him a copy of the test and the receipt, which I did. About a week later, Norco Truck Center sent the registration sticker, but no check to reimburse me for having to pay for the smog test out of my own pocket. I've sent three emails to BEN asking where my reimbursement for the smog test was... which again, was promised to me in writing. Ben has chosen to simply ignore me.
If this is the way a licensed car dealer treats a customer who pays them $44,000 CASH for a car, fails to have the car smogged as required by California law, lies about it, and then fails to even honor their written promise to reimburse me for the smog test that I shouldn't have even had to worry about in the first place, don't expect them to treat you any better. There's a good reason Norco Truck Center has so many one-star reviews! I will be filing a formal complaint with the DMV on this business (Consumer Complaint K-35 Form), The Better Business Bureau, the AQMD, and warning potential buyers what they can expect from Norco Truck Center. SHADY, SHODDY, RUDE, AND DISHONEST!
