The one complaint that we have is that, after we made our choice of a vehicle, the process of finishing the purchase took much too much time. We were at the dealership for about four hours (through lunch time). The problem seemed to be that we were considerably delayed in seeing the finance manager. Perhaps she had several customers that needed her services all at once. Once we got to see her, she was friendly and professional. It would have been good if the dealership would have advised us that there would be a delay so that we could have gone out to get some lunch. My wife has type 1 diabetes and her eating schedule is very important. Fortunately she had some candy in her purse that kept her blood sugar from going too low.
All in all we had a good experience at the dealership. We especially appreciated the sales person who sold us our car, Don Yarnall. He answered our questions, and we did not feel pushed to buy anything that we did not want. Thank you, Don!

Horrible place to go and get a car. We had to take back the car after 9 days because they couldn't keep their offer and get it financed. When we got the car it had less than a quarter of a tank of gas and they didnt want to fill it up for more than $30000 you'd think they would at least give you that. They will try to keep going back and forth like they are trying to get you a good deal but they won't. Also they will keep bugging you calling everyday to make sure you post up a good review. Good thing we didn't.

Walked in to Walters on Saturday 11/25 to purchase my leased 2015 GLK 2015. Robert connected with my husband and I super professional and presented a well Benz representative. I wanted to say he did not even to pressure us to trade our car with another one because that what we did not want to do. Everyone is afraid of going to dealers and getting pressured but Robert He absolutely did an a WOW job and went above and beyond. I just want to say. that Walters and even Mercedes Benz should be HONORD and proud to have an employee such as Robert working for them. We just met this guy for like 3 hours and he made us his client that we want to come back for sure. That what a sales representative looks like. He deserve a recognition.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible service broke my 300 dollar key to my mustang Refused to fix it. Then told me to get towed and refused to fix my key. Accused me of breaking it and trying to get a free key. I have never been treated so poorly in my life....PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE.

I found a Tacoma at MVP Dealership in Moreno Valley and contacted them about it. Every day for 4 days they put me off saying that they couldn’t give me a price until it was inspected. I called and texted Johnny countless times and he seemed like he was putting me off. I am a cash buyer. I spoke with the manager Unsford I think was his last name ( a total liar) just minutes after it came out of their inspection shop they finally told me a price. I agreed to the price and asked how they wanted me to wire the money or pay a deposit or what? Then about 20 min later they said the had another person coming to look at it. This is after they agreed to sell it to me. A little wile later they texted me that it was sold. They are a bunch of Liars that work there. Avoid this place at all cost. If their mouths are moving just assume that they are lying. Oh, and don’t believe it if they say they tried to call and work something. Believe me they didn’t. Good luck if you go there. Dave

Bought a 2013 Mazda 3 around September 2015, within the first week things started failing. The paint was peeling, the headlights turned out to be running on aftermarket batteries and one of them failed, but worse of all they had told me the car had been lowered with coil overs. 5 months later, my tires got chopped and made a horrible vibration, at first I thought the wheels needed to be balanced but it turned out that the springs had been cut to lower the car. Which in turned caused the shock's and strut's pistons to ruin and made sure the tires didn't have proper coverage from road imperfections. AND just when I thought it couldn't get worse, it turned out the right front tire has a big bubble and could pop at any time(manufacturing issue or owner before me mistake). Whole ordeal cost me over $1,700.00 out of pocket. I talked to the sales men that sold me the car and the manager of Auto Depo, they would not do anything, the car was sold as is. Stay away from this dealer!
