The buying process was totally transparent and efficient without wasting our time while meeting our specific needs, Steve is personable, experienced, and professional. He was very flexible in accommodating our busy schedule. It was also a pleasure to work with Larry Chatterfield, the financial manager, to complete our purchase in a timely manner.

Crystal Doroliat was my salesperson. She was able to help me understand a problem I was having with a version of the initial SUV I was interested in and quickly provided me feedback for a different version which solved my problem. She further showed her knowledge of the products by quickly providing me with answers to my many technical questions. When I was ready to make my final selection, she had the vehicle waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. After the test drive I was ready to purchase it.

I owned a Toyota and it is still running strong after 15 yrs and 200,000 miles so I knew I wanted that same assurance in the new car. I was researching on the internet and Jake Schanback from Lexus called me. I was surprised to get a call but he was so pleasant and understanding, I agreed to come in and see what they had. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. It was like shopping with a friend. I wasn’t nervous or even hesitant to take a test drive of the RX350. I felt like I already owned the car. The RX 350 is awesome. When I got back he printed up the paperwork and I went home to think it over. NO pressure, No hassles. When we came back in I wanted to look at another color (same car). He brought it down and it was waiting with a Big Red bow on it. I ended up buying the original color Atomic Silver and it is stunning. Then we went to Danny, the finance guy. I just knew here is where it was going to get stressful. Nope. The second nicest guy in the company. We were in and out of the dealer in less than 2 hours. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable and I felt like I was the most important customer they had. I’m a customer for life.,

george took it upon himself to call my son and harass him after I asked to have my son call about the trash that is all over their lexus lot .my son is disabled and george thinks its funny to call my son and say all these horrible things and then say he works for kia? george called my son from his personal cell phone . then someone else from this dealership called my son and would not give his name. the phone call came from the dealership phone number 5750
