I had an appointment (wait specified when making the appointment) to get an oil change on December 31, 2020 @ 1230 on my 2020 Honda Accord (which I purchased at Diamond Valley Honda). I am a timely person so I show up at 1215 (early, I know and understand), only to wait a few minutes (5), and be told that it would be at least 2 hours before they could get to me.
I bought at Diamond Valley to keep the business in the town in which I choose to live when I retired from the Marine Corps. I’ve been in transportation for over 45 years I know what it takes to do an oil change and the service guy gives me excuses that it’s the holiday and that it takes so long because they might find something wrong.
My money and I were very welcomed when I bought the car in October but today I feel As though I was pushed aside. I made an appointment so that I didn’t get pushed in line because of someone who took the time to make an appointment (but that didn’t seem to matter). Very disappointed!!!
