Prior to making Capistrano Mazda my dealership of choice to take my Mazda to for service I visited a Mazda dealer in Irvine (which is closer to where I live). Let’s just say that they are not nearly as attentive to their clients needs and don’t seem to care about retaining them. When I made my first service appointment at Capistrano Mazda I just happened to get assigned Cyrena as my service advisor and I am so thankful I did.
