Unprofessional, Discourteous and Poorly Executed - 2018CT6
Requested a simple 39-month lease quote from one of their Internet Sales Reps (Mark LaVally) who told me they were "working on it" and would be sending it over "soon." However, they never followed up, provided any information despite numerous attempts to resolve. Their General Manager, Cyrus Khalooghli, states in their never-ending marketing emails that "Our goal at Allen Cadillac is to treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern."
Really? Because not only did his Internet Sales Rep lie to me about sending the Lease quote over, when I advised Mr. Khalooghli about it there was no response either. So, please be advised that despite a TON of constant marketing messaging that the "customer is our paramount concern" my experience was quite to the contrary - very unprofessional, discourteous and poorly done.

DO NOT BUY A CAR AT THIS DEALERSHIP! I went over a week ago to purchase a used car they tried to offer us a 7% interest rate. Which is ridiculous! I call back a week later with my own financing from my bank BOA with a 3% interest rate. They preceded to tell me they can’t sell me the car because they don’t use outside financing on used car. Which again is Lie! They just won’t be making money on the financing so they don’t want to sell me the car.
I personally or have helped 12 of my friends and family purchase new and used cars at Hardin Honda over the past 6 years. Giving them a TON or business and this is how they treat their loyal customers.
Not only that the sales manager Jimmy was completely rude, disrespectful, arrogant and condescending. People like Jimmy are why used car salesmen get a horrible reputation.
With that I will never go back to Hardin Honda and will take all my business elsewhere and I advise you to also. If this is how they treat people.
Bait and switch, don't trust the descriptions - Mimosamay
I contacted them first through their chat services about a car they had for sale to verify the features they posted were accurate. They confirmed a back up camera on the car. I drove over an hour to get there to find out the car did not have navigation, premium sound or the back up camera as advertised. When I asked why it is misrepresented, Susie shrugged it off and asked me well, are you going to buy the car or not? Clearly she was completely OK with false advertisement to get you on the lot and has no customer service. I never got visibly upset and was a gentleman whole time. So there was no excuse for her attitude and behavior. I would be very cautious trusting anything they say about their vehicles and better yet simply avoid them at all costs. The sad thing is, I like the car and probably still would have purchased it if the customer service was not so bad.

By Jan 19 2018 I still had not received the plates and title, despite calling them and visiting them to check the status. I always told, "next week". The last time (on 1/4/18), Pedro told me, "Thursday (that would be Thu 1/11/18) for sure - our registration service has been on vacation." How much vacation do they get, for heaven's sake?
I went to the DMV on Jan 19 to see if the paperwork had even been started. It hadn't. I then went to the dealer, and they (Danielle) told me that it was with their registration service, and the person there was out until 2:00pm, and that she would call me. They have never called in the past, and they have not done the service that they charged me for. All they do is lie and try to fluff you off. Do yourselves a favor and buy your vehicle somewhere else.
Update: On Friday Jan 19, 2018, I posted this and other reviews. The DMV had told me no registration had been started. On Tuesday Jan 23 I got a call from OnQ that they had my plates and everything was done. I went to get the plates and registration. They had registered themselves as lien holders even though I had paid for the truck in full and nothing was owing. So, they still have not given me title, and have filed a lien illegally.
Update 1/30/18: I got a call from the DMV regarding my complaint of OnQ. The Investigating Agent confirmed that the lien should not have been placed on the title. She has instructed them to provide me with a signed-off title and to reimburse me for transfer fees to get a clear title. She also told me that they have had to deal with several prior complaints about this dealership.
Be warned. This dealer has a history of sketchy practices. Stay well away from OnQ Auto Group.
