Took my truck in for a warranty. They ended up keeping it for the entire day. When I go pick it up I notice a scratch on my driver door. Took it back to them to let them know that they had scratched the door and they said i had done it and that the schist had was an old scratch. Mind you i had just had the entire truck detailed and waxed the prior weekend and there was not a scratch on the entire truck. Why would i waste my time going if the scratch was old? Worst experience dont waste your time .

They lie and sell defective vehicles and do not want to fix them. They will give you the run around. They do not inspect them before selling. They LiE. They sell LEMONS. Isabell(with sales) is a liar. Kitty(in service) is also a liar. Management................Liars!!!! Mechanics do not do their job right. Check your vehicle before you leave!!! Something may fall off, break, leak, or...........

Very grateful they were able to help us out in being able to purchase a new 2016 Highlander. I love my car and the whole buying experience was great. It is after the purchase that I am completely upset about and all the General Manager could say to me was that he was sorry. The Finance guy Ken gave me certain information about the warranty on my old car and said he would file all appropriate paperwork and that I should receive a response within 30-45 days. After that amount of time I started calling trying to speak to Ken but he would not answer my phone calls (from dealership and his cell) and left messages and I even contacted my sales person and she would tell him to call me and he did not. I was like they got there sale so I don't care about you afterward. I was finally able to talk to the General Manager Tony Carranza and all he could tell me was I'm sorry so that shows me that the employees from Freeway Toyota can tell a customer what they want to hear and then say screw you when the sale is done and not bother to return phone calls or text messages. The way I see it is Ken could have easily called back and said I messed up and this is what needs to be done instead he chose to ignore phone calls and messages and the General Manager LET him do it with no kind of consequence for his actions while I am left screwed out of what was promised. If you plan on shopping there you will have a great experience but make sure that whatever they tell you is the correct information and that they are on top of it and that you get someone other than Ken who does not care for his customers.
