OUTSTANDING SERVICE - Neil Williams
Chris Daniel does an excellent job of representing your dealership when it comes to customer service. When I arrived early for my 7:30 am. appointment he greeted me with a smile and said, " Good morning, Mr. Williams, what can I do for you?" Chris is very thorough and reviews everything when checking in and out as to what is needed and what was done to the vehicle which is much appreciated. He truly is an OUTSTANDING employee which is one of the main reasons that I return to your dealership compared to others that I have experienced over the years. Neil Williams/Hanford
Horrible Experience - CarGen
Horrible Horrible experience. Informed them that I was a cash customer and was just looking. Was asked for information about myself and said they would not run my credit. They ran my credit and I was alerted by my credit alert. Asked them why they did and they flat out lied about it, showed them the alert and it stated Lithia Hyundai was the inquiry. Everyone left the room and there was no answer for the inquiry. Do Not waste your time or money here.

Selma Hyundai was great. They had a really easy and non confrontational approach. I will most definitely refer my friends and family to Selma Hyundai.
Unable to make a deal - brandino36
My only complaint with the dealership is that we were unable to make a deal. They assured me that they have never lost a customer due to pricing, however when I did some research and explained what other dealers in LA and the Bay area were offering me they simply told me that I would have better luck at one of those dealerships I would have rather kept my business local, but for a difference of a couple thousand dollars I will gladly buy someone's lunch and gas money to drive me to one of those locations. Again I have no other complaints about the dealership other than that, but they did lose a customer due to pricing.
