Exceptional Experience, Jason Li is the Best! - Tao
Buying a car is a bit difficult, compared to other purchase, and certain dealership sometimes tends to make it more difficult. However, it is NOT the case with Fletcher Jones!
When we could not find the car we were looking for in another dealership, I called this dealership and Jason Li followed up my inquiries and tried to locate one matching car in other place. As first-time Benz buyer, Jason patiently explained everything to me and my wife, and drove us around to demo the functionalities. The color we want is hard to find, putting all other features together made it ever harder. Jason Li suggested that we buy carPlay instead and give up on Navigation package, which saved us lots of money for something unnecessary.
With the car located, the price negotiation seems to be very smooth. We walked into the dealership around 1:00 PM, and happily walked out of the dealership with signed contract around 3:30 PM.

I brought in my 2010 Prius to sell. Cameron was very helpful, he explained the process and didn't leave out any "suprises". I got the amount quoted and the whole thing took about 45 minutes. It was a very easy and painless way to sell my car.

BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER - Alfonso Alvarez
Doaba Motors was a pleasure to do business with. I test drove many vehicles, and the staff was able to answer all questions. The whole process was easy, and there were not any "pushy" salesmen to deal with. Once I decided on the truck for purchase, Ty made the process simple, fast, and professional. I want to say thank you to Singh and Ty for making this purchase stress free, and fast. Very knowledgeable staff, and I highly recommend Doaba Motors for your next truck.
Really like the people at Enterprise - Lsilva
I have purchased three cars from this Enterprise and they just couldn’t be more helpful. They looked for the car I wanted, gave me a good trade in and did all the paperwork to help me refinance and payoff the other loan on my car that I traded in.

This could have been perfect! - IchDochNicht
Five Stars until I got to the finance office.
Here is the full story:
I had been looking for a Tesla S with a specific color and option combo, when one that matched my expectations came-up at apexcars.net. I contacted them and got prompt responses with pictures illustrating the things I wanted to know.
So I went to see the car. I was treated wonderfully, got all the time I wanted to check it out. There was no negotiating, but the price was reasonable and within kbb range. So I tentatively agreed to the purchase price, pending a test drive. Only then did I get to actually drive the car - understandable for a newer, high value luxury car.
So far, so good.
Next was the finance office. There I learned that the car had been equipped with an "iTrax" tracking device for $1,699, and Express Code/Etch for $199 ($1,898 total). Those had not been mentioned to me before, and I didn't see any value in having either. However, I was told they could not be uninstalled. Not wanting to lose the car, I agreed while my blood quietly started to boil.
Since they had to reattach a slightly lose door panel and detail the car, we agreed that I would pick it up the next day.
Upon pick-up I brought-up the iTrax issue with the Manager, and explained that Tesla has vehicle tracking built into its app - so this extra device is worthless to me. They agreed to reduce the price to $999. This was better than $1,699, but still a waste of money.
When I got home, I did some research on the Internet and found the iTrax device advertised for Golf Carts at $299. This web page also confirmed that it's just a box held-on by magnets. Since the Tesla has an aluminum body, this thing had nowhere to attach and just flew around in the glove box, making it easy to find and compare to the iTrax golf cart tracking device on the web.
I also researched the $199 Express Code/Etching and learned that neither law enforcement nor insurances care about it. The real benefit is a $2,500 payment in case the car is stolen, which can cover the insurance deductible. This makes sense for buyers who would be struggling to cover the deductible.
After I posted my review online, the owner of ApexCars.net contacted me. He listened to my concerns, and we were able to settle this issue amicably. It became clear to me that he truly cares about his customers, and will use this story as a training opportunity for his employees.
My advice to anyone considering a purchase at ApexCars.net (or any other used vehicle dealer for that matter) would be this:
As you discuss pricing or financing, ask the salesperson specifically, if there are any charges in addition to the agreed-upon purchase price, mandatory taxes and registration. Ask for a detailed breakdown of all charges to be sure you are making an informed decision on your purchase. Then you can enjoy your new ride without remorse!
Wide array of cars trucks motorcycles and even boats - GetterDone
The place is like a huge car museum covering the history of cars. They have mostly collectable cars, classics etc. but they have modern cars to. I asked about trading in my 2016 Jeep for a Chevelle they had and they worked out a deal that was fair for me and I was the happy owner of a Chevelle. Not many places would even talk to me about a trade like that. I needed financing and they got that done also. They delivered the car to Sacramento for me the same day my funds came through on my loan. I was so excited! That was service!
just what i wanted!!!!!! - lsluton

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS This can translate into a very... - jdoggery
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTSThis can translate into a very long story, but I will try to keep it short. I saw a car here, late model Mercedes, online and then proceeded to check it at the dealer location for a drive and to see if it was what I wanted to buy. Spoke with salesman Britt when I arrived and he seemed quite nice. I went over the car and its options, etc, and pointed out a few things that were wrong, radio didn't work, cd changer missing, no car manual, etc, and I was informed that they would all be taken care of when and if I was to purchase the car. This seemed fair and so I took the car for a test drive and it all checked out. Then I left a deposit and set a pick up date so that the dealer would have time to fix what was wrong. When I came to pick up the car, there was no cd changer and no car manual as I was promised. Then Britt says, "I'm sorry, I was speaking out of line." What does this mean? Fraud?? Advertising and then selling the final car without what is advertised, promised? From this point on I dealt with Matt, which I later found out his name was Arman, and then when I took maters to the legal stage found out his name was Alhyar. This worried me. How many nicknames does on person have?Anyways, Arman, eventually agreed that they were at fault and they would pay for a cd changer, but then would not give me the money for what it would cost. He just stopped answering my responses, refused my letters, and I guess believed that the situation was solved. Needless to say I took the matter to the courts.Moral of the story. Make sure you have everything in writing and signed by both parties. Do not trust what they say. "It will be fixed means nothing." I will definatley take a video camera, tape recorder to my next automobile purchase so that the salesman does not try to cheat me out of what is right.Of course this is a very short story of what happened. More problems occured along the way were difficult to deal with including warrenty issues, and smog problems.Final thought: STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS
