My experience with Folsom Lake Dodge has all been service. I have been to the dealership about 4 times over pass 4 years. I know some people are writing bad reviews. And with that being said, "My dad told me along time ago, You can't please everyone all the time" I have had great service from them. I dealt with Falvin a service writer for my last two visits. He was Great !!! They talk with you, explain everything and if you have a question that they don't have a answer for, them go get the answer for you. They keep you informed how your service work on your vehicle is progressing & keep you up to date on times that your vehicle will be completed.

My Service Advisor, Jon Moreau was very Attentive, Courteous, and Professional. My 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Limited was serviced in a timely manner. Jon exhibited Excellent Knowledge and is a Credit to Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Ram Kia Auto Group!
Excellent facilities, very clean. The Customer Lounge Area was spacious with a Kid's Area. They have a Large Screen TV, Free Wi-Fi, Coffee, Donuts, and Popcorn.

On February 09, 2021 I took my Dodge Ram 2500 to the Dodge dealer in Roseville Ca at the auto mall. I was having trouble with the tail gate sticking when using the interior tailgate release button and the key fob button. The issue was resolved by the tech and I picked up my truck today, invoice # 31297. The problem was not them fixing it but iit was the lack of communication. When I dropped it off yesterday at 1030 I asked if they had my number so they can call me and let me know the status of the truck. The service writer confirmed the right phone number and stated they would call. Later in the day at approx 1540 I had not received a call. i know the service department closes at 1800 so I called to check on the truck. I was advised by someone that the service writer is outside and they will give him the message to call me back. No phone call was received. At this point I was annoyed and called to speak to someone in sales to see if I could get my truck. I spoke with the night sales manager, expressed my concern and displease with the lack of communication. I advised him I needed my truck because of work the next day, child care issue and my wife works and uses the other car we have. I was told that he is in a different department and everyone in service was gone. i asked so what am I suppose to do about tomorrow since they never called to let me know anything that was going on with the truck. He said he is going to see what he could do and he will call me back. He took my last name spelling and said he would call shortly. No call was received. On feb 10, 2021 at approx 1000 I called and left a message for John the service writer to call me with the status of the truck. The original service writer was not working today. I waited till 1400 and never received a call. i called again at 1400 and left a message with John about my concern and asked for the status of my truck. No return phone call. I waited till about 1500-1530 to call back and this time I spoke with the service manager. i told him everything I described to you and he said he was sorry. He said my truck was ready and the latch just need to be cleaned and lubed, tail gate works as supposed to. I expressed my displease with the lack of communication and advised the manager I will never be coming back to their dealership again. These are the people who are supposed to be representing you as a car company by selling your cars. It is like they sold the car and than they are done. Not a care for the effects on the customer when he does not have his truck. Not even a phone call saying " hey we have to keep your truck for repairs". At least that would have given me time to make arrangements for the next day. I thought you should know about this dealer and their lack of good customer care and representation of your company as a whole. I am going to complain to the owner of the company, BBB and every other outlet available. I do not want someone else going through this.

Call if they did guess work and charged you for it. Call if they've taken months to repair your car/truck. Call if they never called you back when you are trying to figure out whats wrong with your car. Call if they lied about getting the wrong part over and over and are holding your car or truck hostage. Just call BAR! Don't let your bad review get drowned out by their fake reviews!

I don't understand the bad reviews here. We had nothing but an amazing experience with Andrew last night. They were able to get our price down to what I needed but then added on GAP, Anti-theft and additional warranty for less than what it was originally quoted. The best buying experience I have ever had. Even with my 3 littles running around we were in and out in 2 hrs. We drove an hr to see them because no one else had Chrysler Pacificas and I am so glad I did!
