I have been a customer at Reliable’s Service department for the past 4 years. I have been treated with the same friendliness, respect every each time I have come in. Jeff, my service rep., is amazing. He embodies everything a service representative should. No matter the issue, he is always patient and kind. He explains everything in layman’s terms so even a non mechanical person such as me, can understand. He is trustworthy and fair. I would never hesitate to trust my vehicle with him. Thank you Jeff (and Elvis) for always remembering my name, for your amazing service, for always taking great care of me!

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions.
This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service.
I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

When i got to toyota service Aldo came and was very helpful in explaining what needs to be done with my car and very friendly. also very quick service. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. He had always helped me in the past and he is very prompt and good with customers.

Worst experience ever! Do not take your car here for repairs! I took my car there to get repaired from bullet holes. My car was shot at in a drive by. It shattered both my passenger windows and one passenger door. The windows were replaced and the door was replaced. I had pictures of my car from right before I took it into the shop and the other passenger door looked fine. When I went to pick up my car, after a little over a week, the door with no damages on it had dings and scratches all over it. Josh the guy that was handling my damages said, "Oh don't worry, your insurance will cover that, I just need to call him to do another adjustment. So my car had to stay in the shop for another week until he fixed the dings and scratches he put in my car. Bad enough already, a couple of days later when taking my nephew out to the park I seat belted him in the passenger seat and found that he was stuck in there because they had put the broken glass inside the knob of the seat belt. I will never use this shop to do any kind of car repairs again!

Freddy was extremely rude and unreliable. I requested forms for DMV green decal and submitted to him exactly what the DMV requested. He lost the form and my phone number and proceeded to have attitude behind it.
