I normally don’t write reviews for anybody but I’ve been very please with everyone in the service department. I’ve taken my Honda here for two years now to get my oil change done and man do they do a great job. Always welcoming as I walk through the doors. Today Mike was the one who helped me with my oil change. He got me out of there in less than an hour!! I’m very satisfied and highly recommend everyone to get your services done here!
Difficult negotiations - Eric
Over the years, I have purchased 23 vehicles from various dealerships. This purchase was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. This is also my first-ever Honda purchase. I spent 5 hours in the dealership, about 3 hours longer than my previous record. The bait and switch isn't something I should have to deal with. Honda of Fife seems to have been in business for quite a while, but their tactics are quite antiquated when compared to how other dealerships do business. I would highly recommend they look into their business practices and see if they can move forward and offer a better buying experience to us, the consumer. The Tacoma area has other Honda dealerships, so we have choices.
I will say that Raj is a good guy, and I enjoyed getting to know him.

I purchased a used car here that I discovered they had picked up at auction, not a trade-in. They encouraged me to buy Mechanic engine repair insurance, which I did. It increased my payment from $106 to $186. When I took the car in for its 90k oil change, etc, I learned the car was overdue for a timing belt and some other work: $2600. The Mechanic insurance doesn’t cover timing belts, etc, so it’s just a big rip-off, that most certainly Lynnwood Honda was aware of and didn’t disclose. Maybe they get a kick-back — who knows.
I also discovered some repair done on the leather seats when big slashes appeared that hadn’t been there before, and some serious scratches that had been touched up.
So, basically what we’ve all come to expect from car dealers — scammers.

Took my 03 s2000 for oil change and when picking up I realized there was door ding with chipped paint. I brought it upto service adviser and they told me I can bring it back tomorrow morning and they will take care of it. Picked it up
And it looked terrible, ding was still visible and crappy touch up paint job! All this time I parked my car far away to prevent dings and south tacoma honda service gave me nice door ding with chipped paint and crappy job trying to fix it. Now it's a eyesore! Never taking my honda for service here....

I'd been going to the dealership since purchasing my car in 2014 for service. After the dealership changed hands, the service department was impacted. Many of the employees are rude, ignoring you when you walk in and then curt with communication. I didn't have good trust in what they were doing to my vehicle and what they were recommending needed done. If you say you are doing all of the maintenance at once due to cost, they are just annoyed with you. Then, they mistreated my parents who are elderly and misdiagnosed their car twice on the same visit at a great expense to them. This was the last straw for me. I'm using a different dealership for service and their treatment and approach was remarkably different right away.
