This was my second time I have purchased a new car from this dealership and I can't say enough nice things about my experience and the staff. Sean has been my salesman each time and is the absolute best! He is definitely the go to guy when it comes to buying a Range Rover. He he knows his stuff and always has the answers to ALL my questions.
This buying experience was a little different due to the COVID-19 pandemic, however they took all necessary precautions to keep everyone safe. The sales manager BJ and General manager Dmitri went out of there way to make sure I had a great buying experience.
I can be rather picky and they were extremely patient with me to make sure I found the right car for me. I am so grateful for their help and I absolutely love my new car!

I made a service appointment in the early morning at 7:30. I was here on time and walked outside after checking in. After 80 minutes I was back, I found my car was still at entrance and NOBODY was working on it! The staff and even the manager made excuses and even said 7:30 was just the check in time. Then WHY didn’t they give me another time slot if they didn’t have staff working on my car at 7:30?? This was the most terrible service experience I have ever had. I had been waiting for around 100 minutes but nobody was working on my car!!

Take car to dealership, dealership said entire ABS system failed and is $3,400 repair. Car is covered under dealer warranty. Call 405, no apologies and they say it is not covered. Worst experience I have ever had.

Went in to purchase a vehicle, test drove the vehicle, liked it, offered them their asking price and wanted top Kelly Blue Book trade in value on our vehicle. All was good so far.
After a verbal agreement the sales person, Patric, said the price was $100 more because of an "anti-theft" inscribing add on. We refused because that should have already been included on the asking price . . . so far no problem other than now our guard is slightly elevated.
Problem #2 and deal breaker! They asked for our car keys so they could look at it, then they took the car for a drive without asking for our permission . . . (unprofessional and now our guard is more elevated). After test driving our car, one of their staff raised the hood and was looking at ??, we were not next to them but could see them from our vantage from inside the office. Patric comes to us and shows us a picture of an oil dipstick and said it was ours and that the dipstick was covered in foam . . . and said that it is likely due to a blown head gasket that is allowing coolant and water into the engine's oil. Other than that the car was in great shape but they would have to knock $500 off of our trade in value. Upon looking at the picture closer, it did not even look like our dipstick, different color and also a different style. Ours looks like a thick metal cable with a RED plastic measuring portion on the final 2-3" at the base. Their picture had an orange piece on it, could not tell if it was the top handle or the bottom and their pictured dipstick was very wide. I went out to look at our oil dipstick and it was clean, the oil registering on the bottom was clear (as it only had about 1000 miles of use and we always use full synthetic oil) and completely free of any foam or frothing. The bottom of the oil cap had no foam or frothing. When confronted their response was they just took the picture. I explained the disparities and that it clearly was not from our vehicle. I asked them why there was no foam registering now and they said they had cleaned it off after taking the picture (hmmmm ?), I confronted them on the difference in color and style . . . off course they could not back down now. I explained that we always check our oil and maintain it and had NEVER had any indication of this issue . . . plus the car drove great. I said I would drive the car and check the oil to see if it would duplicate the foaming . . . they had no problem with us leaving and I feel it was because they got caught with their pants down after trying to scam a customer and knocking $500 off of their trade-in. After driving for 40 minutes in our vehicle . . . no foam at all! After driving our vehicle 3 times over the next 2 days, no foam! When I called to complain, Patric, still tried to stand by his fake picture and fake diagnosis . . . his comment was "why would we do this" . . . my response was to obviously know down the trade in price so as to put more money in your pocket.
As they are located in Bellevue and selling luxury vehicles you would think reputation is important . . . unfortunately their reputation with us is shot, how could we ever buy anything from them after this attempted cheap, poorly thought out scam, how insulting it was. I hope others have not fallen victim to this.
Just a side note, when calling to tell them that we would be 10 minutes late for our appointment, their office number forwarded to a cell phone number which offered no chance to leave a message. Moments later Patric returned our call and gave, without us asking for it, a reason as to why he was calling back from a different number and why it was forwarded. I thought nothing of it. But after sitting in the office, for about an hour, and never hearing the phone ring and seeing the other sales person sitting their with no leads and no business . . . AND after the very shady experience we had . . . now I wonder . . . dear owner and fellow sales personnel . . . are you also getting scammed?
Cadillac Escalade Vandalized at this Dealership - ec1
I wanted to buy a Cadillac Escalade from this dealer in October 2019 at the time, it was Doug's Cadillac, but the salesman was not very helpful. So, I went and bought a 2015 Cadillac Escalade Premium with very low mileage in excellent condition, very nice, from another dealer. The same salesman from Brotherton Cadillac NW called me later wanted to find out if I got a car, and I told him yes. Not long later I got a card in the mail from this dealership to bring my car in for a brake vacuum recall. I brought it to them, 30 minutes later they told me the car was ready. Right after I drove home, which took me about 15 minutes, I noticed scratches on the bottom inside panel of the driver's door. I found scratches on the rear bumper, on the inside panel of the rear driver's side door, on the back of the center console, on both the inside panels of the right and left pillars, on the outside of the driver's door window. I found a major gouge and various scratches and dings on the inside panel of the rear door. I found several major scratches on the top rear of the vehicle. The evil person who did these damages make them look like wear and tear, but the problem is none of these damages existed at the time I dropped off the vehicle. I purchased it specifically because it was in excellent condition, and for the four months I own it, it had been in the same condition right up until after these guys worked on it. I went back the same day to report the issue to the general manager, but he didn't believe me. I reported it to the Police as vandalism a couple days later, but they told me they couldn't help because I waited, and that I should have done it the same day. Whatever their motive, it is wrong and unacceptable. These guys are giving a bad reputation to the Cadillac brand. I would not suggest anyone to take their car to them for service especially if you didn't buy from them. They are evil and not to be trusted at all.

I bought my BMW 3 series at the end of august 2019 in this dealership and already spent 2500 dollars on replacing the water pump, thermostat, installed new shocks and springs()! Some people do this because they want to tune the car, but I did this cause when we made the inspection of shocks and springs, we found that suspension is DEAD and nobody replaced it for 87000 miles! I understand that it is all consumables BUT I thought that if you buy the car from LUX dealership and also that the price is 15000+docs and taxes= 18+K you will get a really good deal, but ... I was wrong. And now I also adding engine oil every 5 days already the second time and blessing that it will not be engine repair & another waste of money😒 Even in the beginning they prepared car docs for more than a month! SO, MY FRIENDS!!! my conclusion is this: I'm extremely dissatisfied with the seller's work, car pre-sale, and THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT that I have this car less than 10000 miles and already spent A LOT OF MONEY since the dealer didn't bother to check the suspension of this car!

Spoke with Edward on the phone. Went over my challenging credit history, the type of vehicle I was looking for, and payment I was ok with. Got a call back from Mike Hinton in financing, Mike told me he could make it happen and to just come in. After telling him that childcare was costly and that I did not want to waste my time, he told me select a vehicle and he could tell me a payment. After selecting a vehicle Mike told me he could meet my payment price, how much to put down and come on in. I got to dealership and Mike immediately had me fill out paperwork while he left room to reach out to lenders. He sent someone else back in room to change the terms and raise the payment by almost 40%. I showed the other employee the text chain with mike, including the numbers he said he would do. The other employee basically told me that Mike had been lieing the whole time just to get me in. These guys are scammers. Avoid them!!!

I bought a car here at Seattle Motorsports 8 months ago, the engine blew 3 months ago. Since the day I bought the car it had problems, after going to the lady that owns the dealership (Tami Green) promised me from day one that she'd do this and take care of that for me and never kept to her word. She also held my license plate hostage until I payed off a small fee and unlawfully issued me temporary plates for 4 months. After my engine blew I called her and she said bring the car in and she'll fix it and give me a loaner while it's getting fixed, that was a lie. Tami Green stole my car back and held it hostage now for 3 month's and has made up lies to me and the finance company that owns the car over and over again. I would not recommend anyone purchase a car from any of her lots as she is very shady and you'll just end up with a bad car deal, she is very unprofessional and cannot be trusted!

Hi, I bought a white 2017 Mirage G4 at your dealership at 12620 Hwy 99 S, Everett, WA 98204 on 11/16/19. My agent was Estela. The car had only 2500 miles on it and was never sold outside of the dealer, so it is pretty much a new car, and that's the key reason why I bought it. But it misses a lot of things: there was nothing in the glove box, no owners manual, warranty or any other certificate; there is a spare tire in the trunk but no tools so I won't be able to use it; and I was given only one key. I asked for the second key, all the manuals and certificates, and the missing tools, before leaving the dealership on 11/16/19, and followed up with several calls afterward. It's been a week now and I still haven't received anything or the callback. Any help would be highly appreciated!
