Purchased an extended warranty with my used vehicle purchase. Once I sold the vehicle I went into the dealership to cancel the warranty on the car that was sold. I signed all the paperwork with Ron Durler and was told the refund would process and be in the mail to me in 4-12 weeks. 6 months have passed and no refund as well as my old policy on the vehicle I sold is STILL active.. I have called the dealership numerous times and left numerous voicemails with no response or call back. I have left multiple voicemails with the GM Greg Rothfeldt that have not been returned as well. The dealership is more than glad to sell you the extended warranty but not willing to be responsible in canceling the extended warranty when the vehicle is sold. I am now having to pursue legal action against this dealership for the issues listed above all because someone can NOT do their job! I would not advise anyone to do business with BMW of Birmingham now or in the future. Buyers beware!

Poor Service! Lately, BMW lacks communication with customers, lacks the manpower to complete services in a timely manner, and provides poor customer experiences. I called on a Monday to schedule an appointment. My check engine light was on. I was told the earliest appointment available was Thursday. I was also told no loaner was available. I was told it would take an hour to diagnose the problem. It took three days to be contacted with a diagnosis. It took almost another week to fix my car. After a day of driving it, the check engine light was on again, As of today, it took BMW, five days to diagnose the problem with no estimation of when my car will be ready.

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
