Took my Kia Soul to Crown Kia to have warranty work done on it. It was done in a very timely manner. Will gladly be going back for all my service work.

On Saturday 12/1 I went to Ernest Mcarty Quick Lube to have rear brakes/rotors put on my van, my sole source of income (I sat there 5 hours for them to put rear brakes on)
I went home, then next day I drove the van Monday 12/3 it was making a squeaking sound and could smell brakes, I called Vincent (service writer) he said bring it by to look at (I was in Hoover), as I headed that way on I-65 it locked up for a split second then was shaking like crazy (I almost wrecked getting off to the side of the freeway), I feel it was seconds from entire axle/wheels coming off or catching fire, I had it towed to their shop.
Next day Tuesday 12/4 they (Ernest Mcarty Quick Lube) said it was their fault and they would make it good, Bonnie (service mgr) said it needed entire rear assembly (but they couldn’t locate one) but they had a guy that could refab and fix it so I would be out by Friday 12/7 (I ended getting it out on Wednesday 12/12 during this time I checked and there was plenty of rear assembly’s available on 12/4), next morning Thursday 12/13 driving to Hoover same axle locked up again (had it towed to their shop), on Friday 12/14 Bonnie said they would order a new rear assembly “emergency ship” on Monday 12/17 that it would be there by Wednesday 12/19 at latest (it arrived per Bonnie on Saturday 12/22), I got van back Sunday 12/23
I spoke with Lee Mcarty on Friday 12/21 (about reimbursement of my 23 days of lost income), he assured me he didn’t do business like this and he would get with me and work out a settlement of my lost income (it’s now 1/6/2019 and I have not heard from him even after calling)
SO, I guess in fact this is how they do business (especially after reading their google/Facebook reviews, wish I had read them first😬)

I bought a vehicle there about four or more years ago,so I have used their service dept. ALOT of times! Also I have had the pleasure of working with their body shop.(Dwayne,Bob,and that other nice guy),plus Lyn by telephone! She gave me so much encouragement over the phone,that it really put me to rest knowing my car was going to be serviced by the body shop!I had about ten-Thousand dollars worth of work done on my DENALI,and it looks,"AWESOME",and drives like a dream!!I chose this body shop,because I knew they were going to be in close contact with the service department,and I have had the best of service their!You see,most people have it all backwards when it comes to doing business with a service department:they usually think that if they go to "their little Sam and Bob`s gas station"well,that will be just fine,but at a bonified service department,there are records and paper trails,and they answer to a "higher authority"!Also,they have people that usually are required to go to further schooling,or else.I believe that to be true!!I am over 63,and I`ve tried it both ways.I do know the difference!!And,by the way,you as a customer,have to do something also:TRY BEING NICE TO EVERYONE!!!!! Do not,I repeat,Do not go into a service department with your bad breath,or your bad attitude!Oh you`ll still probably get the same good service I get,but maybe they`ll just hate to see you coming!!And,they can`t watch everyone all the time!!In a word or two: BE NICE,YOU KNOW,LIKE YOU WERE IN CHURCH!!For some of you,that won`t be good either!Just do your best!

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.
