I try to give folks in my local area a shot at my business, but Lori at Jacky Jones just beats them every time. My purchases are alway easy and quick. I called and asked a question in service about a car I’m building, a simple question at that. The guy I spoke with was a xxxxxxx and treated me like I was dumb, then I talked to the boss and he answered my question with no problem and was nice. My family has bought several new vehicles from this dealership, I am a retired veteran and that’s how that guy wants to treat someone who has to been to war and kept this nation free so he could have a job in the first place. I’ll never be back there and I’ll make sure my dad doesn’t buy another 50000 dollar truck from here again.....

Worst experience I have ever had at any dealership! The service manager was some "hot- headed" woman that was completely rude! I took my new vehicle to them to have it looked at and they messed it up worse (and they're claiming that they didn't touch the part that's messed up now!) Terrible customer service! I would never recommend anyone to go to them!

Hughes Auto service Fixed my Hyudai, the part was put on wrong then they charged me again to put the right part on when the manager agreed to waive the service charge, the charge was on the bill anyway. Also Dean Team Hyundai did not fix my service problem back in November when they first had, said they did not have time.

These people are the real deal!!!!! They were able to get me in with a full schedule on a Friday after lunch and get the Ford F-150 back to me before the end of the day.they fixed it fast and fixed it right the first time....... They also were able to do better than their initial quote,..... which is always nice...... I will recommend thesr guys to my friends and family!

Bought new Ford 500 in 2005, faithfully allowed them to perform service every time service was required by manual. Never notified about brake recall. Still no notice about gas tank technical service bulletin. Tires rotated incorrectly. New service writer unfriendly.

My original rating for this dealership was a 5. They repaired the sunroof and all went smooth. However, the sunroof now leaks an enormous amount. They were supposed to pick up the truck and fix it yesterday. That did not happen. When I called, I was told they would get to it when they could. Greg, the sales manager, was less than accommodating. I would now recommend you seek elsewhere for your vehicles.
