Blue tooth challenge - SR
I dealt with Elizabeth in the service department and she was very helpful. Unfortunately, they have not yet identified why the Bluetooth disconnects the phone during a conversation. Maybe a Kia software update is needed?! Elizabeth was professional, genuine, and provided great customer services and I look forward to work with her again in the future.
SCAM and Price Hiker - Pissed
I recently went into this dealership to test drive a 2017 mazda grand touring vehicle and it was priced at $30,000 and because I showed a little interest in the vehicle in less than 24 hours the price was increased by $4000. Can you say SCAM. Do not buy anything from this dealership. This type of business practice is unacceptable. There are nice people that work there but the owners are greedy and ridiculous. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!
