I have own Fords since about 2002. I have loved all of my vehicles (all Explorers) of one type of another. The customer service has always been great I have nothing bad to say about them.

I don't know how to say how frustrated I am with this dealership. Made an appointment to see a specific SUV with Andrew Hunt. Got there for my appointment and was told the vehicle I was there to see was unavailable. I have an appointment! Are you kidding me? The salesman I was "assigned" was not there. The one that did help me pushed for me to buy another vehicle and continually asked me if I was interested in something else. They couldn't "find" the keys to the vehicle I wanted to buy and then asked me for a deposit to have first right of refusal on a car they couldn't even open. This place is a joke. I own a Ford. Thank goodness I didn't buy it from this place.
