I worked with Brian, a service advisor. I was impressed with Brian's overall level of customer service and knowledge of his job. Brian hit the ball out of the park when he took the time to call me with an update on my vehicle after he left work. This is something that has never happened to me before. Brian also took the time to explain to me about the Mercedes Maintenance pricing points, so there were no surprises. I found Brian to be very personable and communicative. He was direct and cut to the chase. Thanks Brian!
