Poor Service - Honest Review
I have to admit your sales team is top notch but your service department is horrible. I purchased a brand new vehicle which every time I came for service it was unorganized and rude. I have recalls for items where, if in an accident it would be fatal to my passengers and no one made contact with me. I will never buy here again and have since got rid of my 2014 Nissan Altima Death Trap. GO TO FORD!

Brought my xterra to Nissan to have major engine work done. What was supposed to be a 2 day job turned into 5, they did not fix the problems my xterra had but made them worse. Upon the initial inspection. I was told that I needed my rear main seal done and agreed to this fix. As well as being told my intake gasket needed to be done as well. On the third day I recieved a call from nissan stating that my intake gasket was still leaking after my engine being worked on because the intake was warped. They did not see this upon the initial inspection, disassembly or reassembly but only after they test drove it. Which means they warped my intake and didnt want to take the blame for it. I also requested that they fix my wipers due to them having power but not functioning properly. I received my car back with absolutely zero power to the windshield wipers. When I called back to explain that this is a hazard and I wanted it to be fixed. They told me that they never said the windshield wiper motor being replaced would fix my issue. But they offered to put in a new switch for $400+ with their switch being over half that cost. When in reality the part is only $60-80. Ive called the service manager multiple times with no answer but they did have the audacity to have the sales manager call me because he "heard" I was interested in a new car. Do NOT trust these hacks and DONT waste $2200 like I did. Absolutely horrible service.
