Outstanding service from Travis and the team at Royal Jaguar Land Rover Tucson. I brought our 2025 Defender in for a recall and was fully expecting a longer visit. Instead, the entire process was completed in less than 40 minutes. Travis was exceptional - professional doesn’t even begin to cover it. He was efficient, clear, and made the whole experience seamless. What stood out most was that I was able to keep working the entire time from the lobby and didn’t miss a single meeting. That’s rare, and it made a big difference. The team clearly respects their customers’ time and treats them accordingly. Highly recommend Royal Jaguar Land Rover Tucson, and especially Travis.
