Caleb in Sales Was Excellent!!! I contacted the dealer after they closed, he stayed late. They were honest and fair. He even delivered my car to me. Great Guy.

I brought my brand-new 2024 Mitsubishi Mirage (only 1,300 miles) to Quebedeaux for a warranty issue. The service advisor told me the repair wasn’t covered and quoted me over $500—claiming it was damage-related. He also asked me to promise not to visit another Mitsubishi dealer and said he was “doing me a favor” by waiving the diagnostic fee. I felt pressured and misled. Thankfully, I took the car back to Scottsdale Mitsubishi, where the same issue was diagnosed and fully covered under warranty—no charge. Their team confirmed it was a manufacturer defect. This experience left me questioning the integrity of Quebedeaux’s service department. I expected consistency and honesty across authorized dealerships, especially for a new vehicle still under warranty.
