Bought a 2020 F-350 Lariat DRW Diesel. The truck is fabulous. Our salesman, Larry Parker, was knowledgeable and patient.
Only disappointment was through Ford on their discount for veterans. I was informed I was not eligible because it had been more than two years (50 to be exact) since the military. Not sure I understand that policy.

Came in for a scheduled oil change at 3pm. By 5pm nobody had seen me and the buzzer in my hand had not gone off yet. I was not in the system and was told my car never left the service area because no ticket was in my car. They did a fine job of moving my car out of the way though.
Service pro tip: if your employees spend less time chit chatting and actually greeting service customers this mistake would not happen.
Pure incompetence from the service employees and the cashier. But hey, they are going to have 2 guys do my oil change so I only have to wait another 45 minutes.
