Bought a 2020 F-350 Lariat DRW Diesel. The truck is fabulous. Our salesman, Larry Parker, was knowledgeable and patient.
Only disappointment was through Ford on their discount for veterans. I was informed I was not eligible because it had been more than two years (50 to be exact) since the military. Not sure I understand that policy.

I gave a 5 star review because Jessie Bravo service righter was able to schedule all our recalls on 12 trucks same day for our fleet. And to Carlos B shop foreman he came to our business Saturday morning and performed all recalls he is very professional and personable. Thank you gentlemen. Jim
The worst customer service - Disgruntled
There are about a million reasons why I would not go back to Mcspaden. Their customer service sucks, they are manipulative they do not get the work done when they say they will and order exspensive parts and fix it before you can give them the okay or no. I will never take another truck there ever again. If there was a negative number out of 5 stars I would give it to them. Save the time headache and money and take it elsewhere.

I had major body work done on my car. I was asked to take the vehicle when it still had unresolved problems. Since then I have had to bring the car back to have the door adjusted, hatch adjusted, and twice because local glass shops can't get a windshield to fit correctly. Every time I get the well, we have a life time warranty just bring it back. I don't want to bring it back, I want it fixed right the first time. Nice people but very disappointed in the results. The response I get is, "I don't know why it won't fit". I expected better quality, better service, and better handling of the problem.
I expected Moore and I got a lot less :(
